Who's expecting good condition but was so surprised that the phone was actually in like really really good condition like I would even call it excellent. Now yes the battery is at 83%, but it doesn't bother me because if you go to an Apple store it would cost around like $90 that's no biggie at all. Like the size a lot. Phone has a couple of scrapes on frame but screen and back are new looking. Price was very reasonable, recommend used phones to save a lot of money.

    • Amazing phone, not so great battery

I bought this phone in excellent condition about 6 months ago and have been using it daily since. I'm a teenager and I'm on my phone pretty regularly. It had 100% battery capacity when I bought it, which since dropped to 98%, which isn't terrible. About a week ago my phone randomly died and restarted, which was weird because it was on full battery, but I thought maybe it updated or something. When it restarted it read as "0% battery" and I kept getting "Important Battery Messages". Basically, my battery suddenly completely died, and every time I'd turn my phone on it'd last about a minute before dying and restarting again. It wouldn't charge at all so I powered it off fully. I took it to get fixed yesterday and paid about $120 for a full battery replacement. Other than the battery, it's an excellent phone and I have no complaints. I love the features and camera. So anyways, be mindful buying that you get what you pay for when buying a refurbished phone, and no used phone you buy will be perfect. ... show more

So I took a chance and bought the iPhone 12 mini in mint green. For me it was worth it. I bought in very good condition and it’s actually more in “like new “ condition. My battery health is 88% which is better than my iPhone 14 Pro Max which I’ve had for a year. The battery health on my 14 pro max is 85%. The screen is beautiful no cracks or scratches and the phone itself is in perfect condition no scratches or dents. The phone is a big change from my pro max but I just needed a back up phone and dedicated to go with something smaller but it was for sure worth the money. ... show more

I decided to get this phone is acceptable condition, and was not disappointed. The phone battery health came in at 85%. I was impressed to see the cameras, speakers, and charging ports were all in great working order. The phone itself was well packaged and included a charger, and charging brick. I was definitely expecting the battery life to be not great, but not this bad. I am a first time user of iphones so maybe this is typical? but the battery life is horrific. the battery is already at 28%, and I’ve used it for a total of 2 hours and 25 minutes. battery life came at 88. one other thing, it came pretty underpackaged. it was in a big box covered in 1 thin layer of bubble wrap. was a bit concerned at first…. otherwise it’s a pretty solid phone and I haven’t had any issues. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a 12 mini and after receiving it i was disappointed to find that the product wasn't working in a fully functioning order. The audio wasn't playing from the bottom speaker. After addressing the situation i reached out to the company for a exchange for a functioning phone. About 24hrs later they responded saying they would give me an exchange free of charge. Im extremely impressed considering i didn't have to pay a dime to send the broken phone back. And the best part is that the replacement came in better condition on the outside. Would recommend just be aware that you might not receive a functional phone. 100% Will buy from them again! ... show more
