    • Returned. Below acceptable item.
Battery came in at 82% capacity left on it which is lower than the 92% on my current phone which says it’s severally degraded and needs a new battery. So I’d hope a renewed one would be better than my three year old phone. It arrived dead. After charging I noticed the case had a lot of chips in it and appeared silver where it was chipped. Bought for myself. I really don’t like to purchase brand new phones because the used ones tend to work just as well. This one looked brand new and had an 100% battery life! Loved and love it!

    • Looks New However
We purchased the phone as a gift for the mother in law. The phone was received nicely boxed and free of any cosmetic defects, looks new. However, I tried to put a screen protector (tempered glass) on the phone, and the defects were found. There are indentations in the screen. These indentations seem to have no affect on the operation (yet to be noticed) but prevent the glass from laying flat with no bubbles. The screen protectors came in a 3 pack so I tried 3 times, same locations. I know doing the same thing multiple time and expecting a different outcome kinda means I’m insane, but oh well. There is not enough time to return and retry before her birthday so we are going to go with this one without a screen protector at risk. So much for renewed “premium”. Would I purchase again, probably but give us more time to swap it out, my bad for not checking earlier. ... show more

The phone is great, fast, looks brand new, no problems, recommend it for others to buy, only problem I’ve had is the battery health being at 89% when I first got it which is disappointing but I really do recommend others to buy this phone

I was a little leery about purchasing a pre used IPhone. After receiving my new IPhone 12 through Amazon, I was delighted at how easy it was to set up and after going to Youtube to figure out all the different settings, I now have a great phone!
