The phone was in excellent condition not a scratch or ding anywhere everything works beautifully . I plugged the phone in it was fully drained so of course I was like this phones battery is no good. It charged powered on and when I checked out the model number serial and IMEI numbers it came back as m for retail device. The phone I received is in great condition, hardly a mark on it. I was worried about that, because it's like a roll of the dice not seeing the actual item you are purchasing. This phone was described as rated in excellent condition. It has a chip on the side..Also, it doesn’t come with a charger which is generally standard on phones through Amazon. Additionally, it’s very hard to charge and I tried multiple chargers. I even bought a new one and the phone has the same charging issue! Also I’ve never seen a phone such little storage! The product was in excellent shape and as expected. The kit on rating was for Amazon or the shipping portion of this. The phone was supposed to be in 4 days earlier. Yes, I understand Labor Day weekend, but that is why it was ordered from a company that would deliver it with time to spare. I purchased a regular Renewed (not Premium) in "Excellent Condition" and got more than I was expecting. 98% Battery Life!! (99% at the time I received it) I've used it for a couple of months now and it's been working flawlessly. Everything works. Battery life is in fact EXCELLENT and lasts all day. The ONLY 'flaw' this phone has (why it probably wasn't considered "Premium") is a very light scratch on the screen that you can barely see only when the phone is OFF and you look really hard. Very minor and I'm fine with it. I know battery life like mine is not guaranteed, but try ordering a phone specific to your carrier like I did instead of getting an 'unlocked' phone. Your chances MAY be higher if you do. Overall I'm extremely happy with the Amazon renewed program. Before I would only purchase used from Ebay, but now I will definitely keep using Amazon.
