I purchased this iPhone 12 as Renewed Premium, sold and shipped by Amazon. It only has one pin prick size nick on the side edge that isn't noticeable unless I look for it after running my fingernail along the edge, otherwise it looks new. The iPhone was delivered with 95% battery life, and has held this value for several months. I'm very happy with its condition and functionality. Setup using an iPhone 6 was easy, except I had to work around Apple's persistent attempt to upgrade to IOS 26. I'll stay with IOS 18 for now.

Have bough 2 refurbished Premium and they work great! Battery is good, no issues with volume or camera, etc. Would definitely recommend this if you can't afford to buy full price, or just don't feel like paying full price for a new one - they are not cheap. We did make sure tho to spend a little bit more money for the Premium instead of the Excellent as my uncle bough one in "Excellent" condition and he ended up having an issue with the Face ID - phone worked well other than that. But for some more money, the "Premium" condition is the way to go in my opinion. These are good phones and should last a long time, so an extra 100 dollars or so are worth it.

I purchased this unlocked phone to replace my iPhone XS. The item arrived in like new condition, battery life was at 100%, no visible scratches or damage. It was super easy to set up and transferred all of my content seamlessly. Once I received my phone, I was unable to port it to my existing service provider (Xfinity Mobile) because, according to them, the IMEI was not compatible with their network. I contacted Amazon customer support and they immediately offered to refund my money, but I liked the phone and did not want to exchange it. They they put me in contact with Apple Support and stayed on the line with me until Apple had answered their line. I ultimately decided to go with another carrier (Mint Mobile) because they confirmed that the IMEI was compatible with their network and they were able to deliver my SIM card virtually, so I was able to use my phone immediately. The problem with my Xfinity was not a problem with the phone itself and I was quite happy that, even though it was not their problem, Amazon was immediately willing to work with me. Could not be happier with the outcome, especially since Mint is 50% cheaper than Xfinity.

Don't trust this seller!!!! This phone was delivered the night of July 18th. I set everything up with contacts and apps only to realize after a few calls that the person on the other end cant hear me talk unless its on speaker. i took about 3 days trying to figure out if it was a setting issue or if it was broken. no luck getting it to work. I tried to return it but it said i had to return it by july 20th which is two days after delivery. I was not given any notice that my return window was less then 48 hours. Today is July 23rd and im stuck with this phone that does not work properly. out 300 bucks. i hope the seller contacts me and tires to make it right. oh by the way it said it was prime condition but it has scratches on the edges.

I needed a phone to replace my iphone 7. The red one was a little cheaper than the other colors, and nobody sees it once it's in the protective case anyway. It arrived a day early, in a white amazon box that included a thick C-to-lightning cord. The phone had a protective film over the face, and both the screen and the case appear pristine without any scuff marks or scratches. My concern over a refurbished phone had been battery life, but the phone indicates 100% battery health. It appears to be an unused phone, just missing the branded box. I was able to add it to my visible account with no difficulty, and it functions perfectly. The price was right, and I could not be happier.

I waited a full 8 days before writing a review. I ordered premium refurbished. And honestly, the phone is basically brand new. I purchased an iPhone 12 back in 2021. It has lasted me up until now actually. Front and back screen are both busted, speakers are sucky but they are probably just dirty. I put a tempered glass protector on it and gave it to my 6 year old to play Minecraft on. My point in saying that is the iPhone 12 has served me so well that I purchased pretty much the same phone. Just purple. I see no point in buying the newest number iPhone. I needed to replace my busted on after 4 years of owning it and was confused enough to not stray far at all from the trusty 12. I would recommend getting this. If you are like me and frugal, want your moneys worth etc, just get the premium version that way you know for sure it’ll be in very good shape! I was too worried I’d get scammed buying from FB marketplace and too cheap to buy brand new. And I’m glad I went with this option! Oh and I see many people complain about the battery life but this one’s battery max capacity is at 93%. Whereas my old iPhone 12 that I bought 4 years ago brand new was at 80%. Full charge lasts me pretty much all day! Speakers are VERY loud that I can’t watch any videos at max volume, and the screen brightness is perfect! Also it’s purple. And as Bella says in Twilight, “Purples cool.” I’d post photos and videos but I’m writing this review from the phone. Not a single scratch, dent, or crack on this!
