    • BEWARE Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max RENEWED PREMIUM
I bought the phone and paid extra for Amazon Renewed Premium. Amazon states you get a 1 year return window for a FULL REFUND or Replacement your choice. At about 10 months my screen started flickering and after contacting Amazon Tech support I was instructed to return the phone (they didn’t have a replacement). When I tried to process the return my return amount was about $140 less than my purchase price. I contacted Amazon about this and after being passed up through channels 6-7 levels having to explain it’s an Amazon Renewed Premium purchase with 1 year return window with a full refund. (No one cs rep knew a thing about Amazon Renewed Premium or the details). Finally I get a manager who says they will do a manual refund of the $140 being asses as a restocking fee once the return is received. Well they got the phone refunded the lesser amount and now refuse to refund the $140 fee. The cs reps refuse to escalate to any supervisors and end the call or chat. They decided to say the refund couldn’t be issued because the phone was not in a salable condition. It was returned defective per Amazon Tech Support troubleshooting. Of course it’s not in salable condition. Think twice about paying $75-or more buying Amazon Renewed Premium iPhones, because the phones are no better than renewed and if Amazon won’t honor their own policies and programs they they shouldn’t get that extra Premium prices. There is not one telephone number or email to really file a complaint you have to write a letter to WW Operations in Seattle WA. Write a letter to the company touting all its innovations and technologies and to show the customers how much they matter you have to write a letter and send it to a PO Box. Being a Prime Member means nothing, spending $10-$15 thousand annually means nothin at the end of the day your just 1 of their many millions of customers and they could care less if they treated you unfairly, unprofessionally and outright rude. Iphone like brand new. Battery 95%, no scratches or damage's. Charger not original but new and works well. The only sad thing is the key to remove sim card wasn’t came in the box. But i recomend buy Renewed Premium. It worth the money spent.

I purchased an Renew Premium iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb, and unfortunately it did not come with the promised 90% battery capacity. I contacted customer service and they made everything right. They gave me two options, one to return the device, and the other to be partially refunded since the device did not meet the requirements for being premium renewed. I kept the device and accepted the refund, and I’m glad I did. Everything else about the phone is amazing, and I’m very happy with it! Awesome customer service! + much louder then the iphone SE 1st gen (great for senior ears) + outstanding battery life for heavy use like binge watching + works better with my car's navigation map + has 2 different ways to charge the battery - feels way too big in my hand - screen is TOO sensitive to touch and will not allow you to put it in your shirt pocket while listening to a podcast without it changing too something else when the screen brushes against your shirt fabric - harder to turn the phone OFF. seems to be designed to stay on all the time. - VPN status is not visible at the top of the screen at a glance.
