The iPhone came in good shape, no scratches, cracks, color was accurate, but I has a number of problems. First of all, it is not an Apple battery, it’s an unrecognized one. It is not unlocked so I could not put a number on it. When I tried to completely reset the phone so I could return it and get a full refund it would not let me, I kept getting an error message. I tried to sign out of my AppleID and that wouldn’t work either, so I tried to remove the device from my old phone. it would not allow me to do that either. Did not come with a charger, and phone died pretty quick. Very disappointed, but I can’t expect much from a phone on amazon. I contacted the seller and I hope we can get it all figured out. If you’re wanting a cheaper, reliable phone I would go to best buy. ... show more

Device came in great condition, no blemishes on it whatsoever. Everything seemed to work fine, got it all set up, only for the device to not connect to service at all. Contacted repair centers and was told it was fixable but would cost more than a new device. Ordered a replacement and the expected delivery date just keeps getting pushed back even though the first device arrived in under 24 hours. What’s the deal? ... show more
