Phone came in slower than originally noted to ship, but not too bad. iPhone 11Pro is in good cosmetic shape with one noticeable scratch to the screen prior to applying my tempered glass screen protector. After charging it up fully, found that it lists the battery life at 89%, not the minimum 90% they promise, but not low enough to want to warranty or request a replacement, but enough to knock off a star. Have used the phone for a few weeks and battery life remains at 89%, so it appears to be pretty good and it lasts longer on a charge than the 5+ year old iPhone 7 I replaced. Phone gets too warm when switched on and seems to use up the battery over a period of about 12 hours with minimal use. I take it that after a few charge up operations, this should normalize. Other than that, it works very well with a clear display and reliable functionality. The Otter Box protects the phone magnificently. Phone didn’t ring at all. So didn’t work. I returned it and it’s been over 30 days no refund. Save your money. Update, it's not been 60 days, still no money. It's not like it had to go overseas.     • Buyer beware (review of Amazon, not of the phone)
These phones are definitely in perfect cosmetic condition, but I think they are because the original owners got rid of them soon after they started to malfunction. I am now on my second iPhone 11 Pro and just found out the camera system is defective. The first phone I got had a blown out speaker and a weird cellular network issue (it keep disconnecting). I thought it was okay that a single used device might have an issue, so I returned it and got another. The new one had better speakers and no network issue, but the telephoto lens doesn't work. And the wide angle lens doesn't activate always. The unfortunate thing is that I sent the first phone back immediately, and unlike other Amazon returns, it can take up to 30 days for the return to be processed. So, I am stuck with a $500 charge on my credit card until they get around to processing the refund. I have bought multiple used iPhones from real people and had a good experience with them. But it seems like Amazon is offloading bad iPhones (although cosmetically perfect and with 90%+ battery) that are either not fully tested, or have defects they hope buyers won't notice. I am going to see about getting a third phone, but if that one is also problematic, then Amazon will get 1 star (because I cannot do zero stars). There are plenty of other places that sell used iPhones, and I am sure some of them have better testing procedures and better return policies. P.S. - The phone itself is great. Great screen, good battery life, etc. Quite a deal in 2023 if you can get a fully functional one for less than half the price of a new iPhone. ... show more
