Ordered the renewed premium, hoping for it to be 90%. Ended up getting one that felt basically brand new. 100% battery capacity, not a mark on it. Works great. Had an iPhone 16, but due to being sensitive to the PWM in OLED displays, I took my chances and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely look on buying a renewed premium iPhone this way when this one gets run to the ground due to Apple seemingly discontinuing phones with LCD displays. Thank you for saving my eyes!

We got this for my daughter after her old phone's screen gave out. Not much to add here: it delivered what it promised, phone was in great condition, is working fine, and she didn't have to spend much of her hard-earned money on a new one. My family will never buy new Iphones so long as there are trustworthy refurbies to find :) like this one!

I’m so excited about getting a renewed premium phone. I bought one first from someone else and it was an awful experience. This seller has taken such good care of me that it softens the blow of dealing with the other company. I had bought a phone in “excellent “ condition and it was defective. Can I believe they expected me to wipe my info from the phone , send it back and wait on their generosity to send me another one. The other choice was buy another phone and wait 30 days on credit. Thank goodness I found this seller. The phone was just like brand new! It was packaged beyond expectations. Looked like it could have come straight from apple. I don’t have to tell u about iPhone features. Just look at description and that’s what u get or better. The battery life is 100%. It arrived before I could turn around. I couldn’t take a pic cause I’m on the phone. Lol I’m still waiting however on Amazon to acknowledge they received my trade in. That my friends is a whole other ball of wax. Finally got a Renewed Premium phone with the over 90% battery health that is promised. Ordered the same phone each time (Apple iPhone 11, 128GB, White - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)). The first phone came with only 88% battery capacity (health). It could charge to 100%, but the health capacity only registered at 88%. Returned phone 1. The second phone had a battery error stating: "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Health information not available for this battery." It could not display the battery health even though it displayed 100% charged (again, this is not the same thing as health). As the health could not be verified, returned phone 2. Finally, on the third try, received a phone with 100% battery health. I wasn't trying to get a 100% health phone, just wanted the >90% health as advertised. Each phone looked brand new and performed as expected, other than the battery health issues already noted. One frustrating aspect of the Amazon Renewed for phones is that you can't take a return to a UPS drop off location. The phone to be returned MUST be picked up at the delivery address. Of course, there isn't a scheduled pickup time so you must plan to be home ALL DAY until UPS shows up (they'll try for 3 business days). Then there is a transit delay plus time needed to receive the phone into the renewal center to be evaluated by a tech person who hopefully can verify your issue and sign off on your refund. Then it's several days before the refund gets credited to your card. You could shorten this process if you just order a new phone as soon as you have a problem, but who wants to have hundreds of dollars in limbo for weeks without knowing if they'll accept your return for some reason? Just something to keep in mind if you're considering an Amazon Renewed phone. The return process and associated delays were frustrating, but I am finally satisfied by getting the phone I wanted. It's a good deal if it can last and be free of glitches and battery degradation. Good luck!

I purchased a Renewed Premium device advertized to have at least 90% battery capacity. Upon receiving and setting it up, I discovered it only has 88%. When I contacted Amazon for resolution and asked about all of my options, I was told a refund is the only option because they're out of stock. Still needing a device, I asked why I was able to add another to my cart (same seller) if they're out of stock. Khen said "I understand. The thing is that I see here in my end that this item is out of stock and to be honest, if you are able to add it in your card, there is a possibility that you will received a same iPhone with same issue." Why are they operating a business that sends out products that are contrary to what they're advertising? Then he offered "If you would like a replacement. I. can transfer you to our team that can help you with the replacement." A replacement was the first thing I inquired about as a resolution. Then he offered to transfer me to a replacement team and asked that I remain connected. Next he said the replacement team would be in contact in 24-48 hours and to please stay connected. Several minutes later I received a dialog that said the chat had paused and to engage & another rep would be with me shortly. I engaged and Khen said "I already notified the replacement department, they'll contact you in 24-48 hours." When I asked why I was instructed to remain connected then, he closed the chat window and I lost all dialog record. I am quite concerned about Amazon Renewed's operating procedures. How many other consumers are receiving fraudulent product and inappropriate conduct from reps?

I bought this a couple months ago and it comes just like brand new. Not a scratch or defect. It works perfectly without and errors or defaults. The screen is very clear and high quality. It charges super fast with the charger it comes with and the battery lasts all day. It has some choices of some very nice colors, but I choose white to match the case I bought for it. It easily connects to your phone provider, your wifi, and any wireless headphones you may want to use.
