The sleek black finish and the familiar design immediately caught my eye, reassuring me that this choice would not disappoint. Setting up the iPhone 11 was mostly straightforward, especially with the unlocked version making it easy to switch from the old device. The transfer of data and settings from the previous iPhone was seamless, thanks to Apple's ecosystem. However, we hit a slight snag with the Face ID setup - it took a bit longer than expected to get it working properly. Despite this hiccup, once configured, Face ID has been working flawlessly. The iPhone 11's performance has been impressive. The touch screen is responsive, making navigation and typing a breeze. Wi-Fi connectivity is fast, ensuring that browsing and app downloads are efficient. Although it's not the latest model, it handles everyday tasks with ease, from streaming video content to gaming, without any noticeable lag. The main issue we encountered was the initial difficulty in setting up Face ID. It required a few attempts to configure, which was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise smooth setup process. After overcoming this challenge, the phone has been working perfectly. Overall, this refurbished Apple iPhone 11 has proven to be a reliable and efficient backup phone. I am very happy with my order! The phone came in perfect condition. No scratches or marks and the battery capacity is at 100%! So far so good in terms of how well it works. The only thing so far is the sound I think is a tad bit duller than my old iphone 7 so I'm not sure if it's just this phone model or if something happened, but it's not a big deal, it still works fine and can go very loud. The box with my phone also had a complementary glass screen protector I could put on as well as a little tool for removing the sim card. :) I previously tried to order the same phone on Reebelo.com but the phone came all scratched up and a battery capacity at 77%. I returned it (after much hassle) and came back to trusty Amazon to buy it again. And the price ended up being better here than on Reebelo. Overall, I'm very happy with the phone.

this phone is really amazing and is in great condition. mine didnt really have scratches anywhere and it came with 96% battery capacity. it also already comes with a screen protector! the phone comes in a little white box that also includes a charging box and a charger along with a tiny tool for your sim card! it also shipped in 2 days. overall amazing and i would reccomend.

This was an amazing purchase! I opened the box took off the wrap and wow! There is no scratches that mess with the phone or noticeable! It’s like new! I would have thought it was new if it was not labeled at used! The Camera is great! The dual cameras make a great ultra wide view and a main view! Battery capacity is 85% that’s the internal battery. It charges to 100 percent no problem. The internal battery just means that it limits phone use in between charges. So instead of like 17 hrs when it was new now it may it may go down to 16-15 hrs of use between of charge. It’s a great phone! I’m excited to use it this year!

The phone arrived in a well packed package with charger and cord. Unit looked in like-new condition, and let the unit charge to 100% before transfering my old I phone data with SIM. A good wifi connection helps with the software update and transfer of data. The first iphone I got from Amazon (refurbished) worked flawlessly for years, but recently part of the touch screen was not responsive. So I order another one, this one was clean and seemed to function without issue but, the edge of the phone was not sealed properly and light was visible along the phones edge. Amazon was quick to accept the return and issue a refund. This current phone appears to be higher quaility, and even came with an installed screen protector. Kudos to this vendor, great product, fair price.

The phone was just like no no scratches no dents no marks literally as if I got it off of the Apple Store. The battery health is at 89% so that’s good enough for me.. I had a Samsung before of us and then transfer. It was very easy. I have a t-Mobile Sim card from my Samsung. I just put it in this iPhone and it works just like it should work. 🦋

I purchased this iPhone 11 and paid extra for "excellent" condition. It looks brand new with no scratches or any other surface imperfections. It came with 91% battery health. I gave it 4 stars because the display screen was replaced with a non-Apple part (the Apple alert is permanently showing in "Settings" due to the non-Apple replacement part.) The screen works well but it is VERY sensitive. It responds by just hovering my finger over the screen without touching it. The charging cord lay on top of the phone while I wasn't using it and I noticed the screen was going crazy until I moved the cord of the screen. All in all, I think this is a great bargain. The phone works well. I understand that with refurbished electronics, there are no expectations of a brand new functioning item. With that in mind, I would recommend this phone. Update: Once I got the phone in a case and added a screen protector, the display acts normally and is no longer ultra-sensitive. The alert is still showing up and will probably be there permanently (showing up on Settings). Otherwise, everything is working great.
