It functions like new. He has a magsafe case he uses to charge on a magsafe stand. He said its smooth, operates well. No lag. Sounds good. Can't complain. Its a great phone. One thing I will say is the max charge on settings was 74 percent. But it charges well. We have a phone shop down the road that'll replace the battery for 70 bucks so it'll be where we go if it slows down in the future. But screen was excellent. No scratches anywhere. Happy with the purchase.

Excellent phone, very happy with my purchase. It works great and looks excellent too. No visible scratches or damage. Mine also came with tempered glass already on the phone. And came with a new generic charger and charging block. I reccommend the extra insurance, Iāve used them for claims many times and it is well worth having it for 2 years in case anything happens. So far everything has worked well on this phone, and I would absolutely purchase from them again. You canāt even tell this phone wasnāt brand new and for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. Works just the same and saved me a ton of money by going the refurbished route. If you are in the market for a new phone they are worth going through. Everything went smoothly for my shipping and it was exactly as they advertised it to be.

Better Than I Expected for a Refurbished Phone

I picked this up as a backup phone, so I wasnāt expecting it to be perfect. Since itās an older model, I figured it would probably have some scratches or small dents, but nope... this baby was in way better shape than I expected. The screen looked really good, and I had to actually look closely to find any signs that it had been used. I did put a screen protector and case on it right away because, once I saw the condition it came in, I wanted to keep it that way. Another impressive thing was how easy it was to get everything set up. It powered on with no issues, and transferring my stuff from my old phone was pretty simple. Everything has been running smoothly so far, and I havenāt noticed any overheating, even while setting it up, downloading apps, and using it for a while. And oh man, talk about the screen size. Itās big enough for browsing, watching videos, and reading without making the phone feel huge or awkward to hold. The phone size is actually pretty comfortable, and it still feels durable enough for everyday use. The battery life is not the same as a brand-new iPhone, but thatās expected with a refurbished phone. It still gets me through a normal day, which is really all I needed. For the price and the condition it came in, Iād say it was a solid deal.

Needed to replace my old iPhone 11 Pro as it got lost in the lake. I work a lot with photo/video, so found the need for extra storage this time around and got the iPhone 11 256GB. I honestly cannot tell the difference in camera quality between the two and am pretty happy with it. The Purple is a muted Lilac, giving almost a slight silver hue and is quite sleek. And no dings! The replacement came charged & does charge all the way up to 100%. Phew! Delivery experience wise, Amazon used UPS and sent a tracking number. The estimated delivery was set for later evening, and I missed the package as it came earlier than expected time. UPS left a note for me to pick up the package at the most near by UPS pick up location. I just needed to track the package on the UPS website to identify the address as it was not written on the note, probably because of safety & security. I had no problem locating the UPS location and had no problems picking up the phone. Took the phone to a local AT&T store for an eSIM. They were able to install the eSIM, but it did not auto sync to the iCloud, which was a bummer. While I was not able to upload my old telephone contacts, the iCloud did recover my old photos when I turned it on and kept track of all my Apps; I just needed to re-install them manually. Not giving all stars as I want to see how the phone holds up for another two months. But so far, great value for the price and amount of storage I get.

Refurbished phone that doesnāt work, shuts down with battery fully charged

AVOID THIS SELLER. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT SAVE YOURSELF ALL A LOT OF TROUBLE. Seller sold me a defective phone that canāt be used because it powers itself off with a full battery 5 min into a telephone call or searching something on the internet- it powers down literally every 5 min or so- you have to power it back on for it to shut itself back down again the cycle just continues. The phone arrived no scratches looked brand new. Plugged phone in let it charge enough to take into AT&T to have cellular service put on the IPhone 11. The phone was first powered on inside the At&T store. I immediately noticed blacked out places at the bottom of the screen and a black line towards the bottom of the screen (see pictures) once At&T service connected with a fully charged battery the phone shuts down and cuts off 5 min after turned on-it just cuts off, you turn it back on, it may stay on for 10 min, it turns itself off or just shuts down again. This cycle of shutting off powering down continues over and over: Quality of the item in sellers description states refurbished phone fully working condition, I was thinking the phone may arrive a few scratches, but the internal hardware works properly when it was the exact opposite. I would avoid this seller just because to return the item due to the lithium batteries in cellular phones, you canāt drop it off at a UPS STORE, you must box the item up, print out the shipping label, then wait at your home all day on a scheduled pick up day for Fed Ex to pick your phone up. I scheduled a pick up day with Amazon and Fed Ex never came. Fed Ex has to pick up lithium batteries, UPS I assume doesnāt ship cellular phones, the representative with Amazon said Fed Ex- I am not sure why about that part, but I waited at my home all day and a driver never showed up to pick up the item. They schedule the day not the time. A wasted day for me on top of the hassle of everything that comes with putting service on the phone then deleting everything off the phone to return it- defective item and too much hassle to return. Not worth the trouble. I am pretty laid back, this experience has made me a bit aggravated. I feel the seller my should check the phones before selling them- if they checked this phone they clearly would have seen the blacked out splotches on the bottom corner of the screen where you canāt see any screen only black and the black line- that would probably be a good indication the phone has internal issues it needs further investigation to fix before selling or just donāt sell the iphone. Dear seller, please do not do this to others in the future- just do not ship a phone out in that condition. This seller would receive 0 stars from me if that were an option. Seriously, avoid this seller- save yourself the hassle. I was nice added no scratches and put a picture of the back of the phone to show no scratches- the iPhone just doesnāt work. - one aggravated customer.

Phone came exactly like how it was advertisedāActually, no, it came even better than advertised. Really has me feeling like I got it straight out of a fresh box (With the exception of this supplier adding a charger cord with it, since I hear Apple doesn't do that nowadays.) Battery condition is 100%, phone is working properly, and there's no scratches or marks anywhere on the phone as far as I can tell. In short, it's literally perfect for a "refurbished" phone. Honestly can't get much better than this. Hard recommend the excellent condition. Can't say the same for anything below it since this is my first order, but I'm completely satisfied with what I got. Almost forgot to mention that it also came with a screen protector, so there goes my worries about ordering one.
