The iPhone 11 holds up really well. The purple color is subtle in normal light but pops in sunlight – exactly what I wanted. Performance is smooth for daily use, social apps, photos, and streaming, and battery life easily gets me through the day on a single charge.

The phone arrive a day before stated, a pleasant surprise for my grand daughter. It looks as if it was brand new, and all functions are working as expected. The only reason for the reduction of stars rating is that the description given on the Amazon website states a charger is included. None was received, and when contacted, the seller stated they follow Apple policy concerning accessories. Since I was not buying from Apple, I don't see how their company should advertise something, and the use the Apple company as an excuse for not delivering. The battery was good but the phone makes an echo during a call which makes it virtually unusable. I have done all possible trouble shooting fixes with no improvement. Total waste of money.
