I purchased a used iPad Pro received it and thought all was well. Turns out it had a slight bend that eventually caused issues with the screen. Was told it was still covered under limited warranty so took it to the Apple Store who said screen are covered. Turns out the bend makes it not covered. Upon receiving it you couldn’t even notice, it was the Apple Store that told me. Of course I’m out of the return window. I’m super upset because I barely used the device and now I’m completely out of a device and $1500.
