Although the use case for my needs isn't allot,I am still super impressed with the performance of this laptop. Coming from an Intel mbp with butterfly keyboard, Intel chip, this machine blows it out of the water. It's extremely quick, and smooth. Keyboard feedback is great. Plenty of RAM although it's overkill for my needs. For stem major student that opens up Microsoft suite of programs and plenty of tabs of your browser(chrome/safari), I recommend saving some money and getting 18 gb of RAM for cheaper. Unless you are video/photo editing, I didn't see the need for the extra RAM. Plenty of people preach about getting more RAM but I believe that from experience I would have been fine with 18gb as well. The screen is huge and makes laptop heavier and less portable. Something to consider if portability is a requirement. Luckily I study mainly at home and don't bring laptop to class that often. Yes it's bulky and heavy. Speakers are impressive though and makes movie watching a great experience.

The computer is exceptionally well made. Hinges are tight and feel solid. Screen is very bright and clear. Appreciate that they finally put a USB on each side of the computer - was cramped for space before. The whole thing just "feels" good in your hands. The battery charges in minutes and lasts almost a week! Having said that, the OS that it comes with, Sonoma, is a real pain to work with. The older OS, Mojave, was MUCH easier to use and MUCH more straight forward. Even simple drag and drop on Sonoma is convoluted. The #1 complaint? Still no touch screen. When Windows and non-computer users try to use the MacBook, they are always touching the screen like its a phone. You would think that the people that first came out with the touchscreen would have a clue.

I had a MacBook Pro 15 I7 since 2016 and even though it was 8 years old - it ran fine and still had an impressive design with an impressive screen. I knew I would eventually need to upgrade to the M version and was a bit reticent about whether I needed to go with the 15 inch MacBook Air or the 16 inch MacBook Pro. Finally went with a MacBook Pro M3 16 and I am extremely impressed at the whole quality, usability, power, battery life. It feels that this will be another 10 year laptop for me - able to power all my use-cases.

I have been using Windows OS ever since became part of our daily lives and got pretty much able to perform on any application that I needed and some that comes with the computer. However, it seems every three years these window base computers needs to replace because they get too slow ir they crushed. I already spent tons if money replacing them and there’s no change in sight. What make me to consider and buy Mac computer is from friends and someone that I net who was still using Mac notebook of 7 years old and still going and no problem according to the person. Also, my spouse in law is using an old Mac notebook and no problems. A 16” Macbook Pro with a M3 chip cost a lot for me but if I have to buy every year with these windows based desktop/laptop, I say why not try!? It’s overwhelming at first because I have no experience in using Apple computers at all. But through watching those YouTube videos for beginner I was able to get me to get started. I still have a ling way to go to learn all the operating features and functions and other good stuff but at least I am able to do and perform the things I needed. I am very satisfied with it and I am a Mac convert now!

Great Mac computer. The M3 Pro is a big upgrade for me. I can now run Windows in Parallels and Steam within that, on Apple Silicon! The computer is rock solid with days of battery life for me. Travels well - not too big or heavy. Screen is amazing.

As a mostly PC user, the main reason I got this was for the battery life. And it does not dissapoint - I can go 5 - 6 days without having to charge but I am using it mainly for browsing, youtube, etc. Nothing power intensive for now...The build quality is still of the highest level. I like the compact feel, the slim size, the sturdiness (no flex on the screen), the magnetic snap charging cable, very quick to charge (about 2 hours to full charge from 10 - 15 %). This will not compete with high end PC gaming machines like Alienware X16, Razerblade 16, MSI, ASUS, etc. when it comes to gaming so not a very good choice for that. Also, this thing has the best speakers and sound quality I have ever heard on a laptop...

I didn’t want to go to the store and buying my Mac through Amazon was the best decision ever, fasta and of course brand new! It works so well, fast and is lighter that the older versions, so is very easy to take it everywhere, the battery life last up to 2 days working straight nonstop (I am a graphic designer), the price is very reasonable and easy to use.

I've been using the Apple 2023 MacBook Pro Laptop for a few months now and I gotta say, it's a beast! The M3 Pro chip is super fast, I can have like 20 tabs open and it still runs smoothly. The screen is gorgeous, the colors are so vibrant and the screen is so crisp. And with 18GB of memory, I can do graphic designing and video editing like a pro. The portability is ok. Though it is slim, it is pretty heavy. The battery life is amazing, I can get like 18 hours of use out of it. The ease of use is also top notch, if you're used to Macs, you'll pick it up in no time. And the integration with my iPhone and iPad is seamless, love how I can start something on one device and pick it up on another. It's a bit pricey though for the value for money, it's a great laptop, but it's not cheap. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase, would def recommend to anyone looking for a high-end laptop.
