The order arrive in timely fashion. However it arrived in a flimsy box. The original packaging was used to pack out the lift trolley. The handle was missing and the top was damaged. I thought they had sent a used list Table cart. When contacted them very annoyed. The company replied very quickly with a photo of my order well packaged in its original strong packaging. The damage happen during shipping by FedEx. They had damaged it and repacked it without all the parts. Apollo lifts was very professional. We reach a compromise- sending a replacement handle and a portional refund. Very happy with their service. The hydraulic lift seems solid and well made. Five stars for Appolo no stars for fedex.

Love this table! Should have purchased one years ago! It does all the heavy lifting for me. A few days before Christmas, I snapped my bicep tendon loading a heavy crate into my vehicle. I added a wood top to this table and use it in my workshop, and to load whatever freight I am shipping. The table rolls very well and has smooth action when lifting and lowering. The table arrived quickly, even though the listing said it was a month out from delivery. Seller was communicative-I answered a few questions about delivery. The following week the table arrived via freight truck- already put together. Very happy with this purchase and company. Edit to add: 2 years later, still love the table. The brakes work well, however the table does not stay raised and will lower overnight, so that is a bit of a bummer. Not sure if the hydraulics are leaking or what. But, not removing a star as this table still improves productivity and makes work life better. It has helped me load enormous 850lb+ crates into freight trucks (no loading dock) and its daily use as a workshop table is invaluable.

I don't leave many reviews, but I did want to give my opinion on this product. We needed a lift cart to help us place heavy switch chassis into a network rack. This cart worked beautifully! We tried another brand before this cart and they failed miserably. After reading the reviews we figured we'd give this one a try. After placing my order I got a call to verify shipping address and see if a lift gate was needed. It arrived quickly in a box surrounded by a wooden crate for protection. The assembly only required us to bolt on the handle to the frame, which was simple. Then came the moment of truth. We loaded the cart up with over 400 pounds and it lifted it with no issues at all. The cart is a heavy and well built. We liked it so much we just ordered another one!

I placed the order and the mfg. called to see if orange was OK instead of yellow. It was. They verified the shipping address and contact. Delivery was seamless! This is very sturdy and fits our needs perfectly.

I use this for lifting lithographic printing stones. It arrived without the pedal section, and did not include the corrent owner's guide, but these issues were sorted out adfter contacting the manufacturer.

I did not have a good experience with this company and there are some things I think everyone considering purchasing this item should be aware of. 1) This is an import from China. This is a company out of the US that appears to simply warehouse these Chinese lifts. I thought this was an American made product. It is not. It comes in a crate with MADE in CHINA stamped on the side. It appears they do not even open the crate for inspection, since it was obviously the original crate and did not appear to be touched in anyway. 2) And most importantly they do NOT stand behind their products. One of the wheels was stuck in the locked position and spent a couple of days trying to get it unstuck without flipping this 225 lift over, removing the wheel and dealing with all that...uncertain if I would even be able to solve the issue or not. I notified them on the second day that the lift would not move because the locking mechanism was jammed. I simply wanted them to send me a single wheel. Nope, they wanted to go back and forth. They wanted pictures. Then they wanted a video. Really? They obviously did not believe me and what in the world could I possibly do with a single wheel that only goes to this lift? And I thought to myself and you should also, "If they want to give me this much of a hassle over a single wheel replacement on a brand new lift just delivered less than 48 hours ago...then image the hassle they will give me if something actually goes wrong with the lifting mechanism and I have to put in a warranty claim." I can not even begin to image how they will try to avoid any warranty issue if they do not even want to send out a single locked wheel. Eventually I did get the lift turned over with the help of my son, removed the front wheel, and took it apart. I had to ground own pat of the locking mechanicsm in order to get it to release and then reinstall the wheel. Only when I said I would upload the video here to show the wheel stuck did they seem to have any guinue interest in reaching out to me. 3) Their yellow is the rest of the world's bright orange. They have their own unique brand of yellow that nobody else on this planet would call yellow. Again, they needed a picture. I showed it to them with three other manufacturer yellow (delwalt for example) sitting on the orange lift and they told me not to believe my lying eyes....its yellow. The color is not the end of the world but again...not interested in solving any issues. 4). Because it is made in China and not the US...I have no idea if this is a $299 lift I could have imported myself from China and skipped the middle man and saved a lot of money because obviously they are nothing more than a middle man with a nice looking website. Maybe if you live next door to their warehouse they could possibly come out and fix any issue but they not flying anyboyd out to your area to fix anything so the service claim is a bit of a joke for an Amazon sold product. All in all...I bought a yellow lift that arrived bright orange that did not roll from a Chinese company. In fairness to them...they do say Chinese import somewhere on their page. I just missed it. The lift is working propery now but again...no help from the company. I shouldn't need to message back and forth for a week with the company offering no solutions. So with all the great feedback... I wanted to offer another side of this company from an honest review.
