These are some of the worst looking welds I have ever seen on a newly manufactured muffler... I guess we'll have to wait and see if it fails early because of it...

I have a 2011 ford escape xlt 4cly and it fit .The product was in great shape with 2 small dents in it as you see in the picture.They could have wrap it up much better .The shipping was okay to .I hope this helps some other people reviewing this item.

The media could not be loaded. Received this a few days ago and installed yesterday and after I already cut off existing OE muffler find this rather larger hole where they blew a whole while welding. Unfortunately already cut off existing so had to run to auto store to find sealant for poorly manufactured assembly. Very disappointed but left in a bind. If bought please look yours over before removing OE. ... show more

I ordered NEW muffler and found the muffler was not only not packaged properly, but there are scratches and dents all over it. I need and PAID for a new muffler. I did not pay for a scratch and dent muffler. I had to return and request a FULL refund. I am totally disappointed. No bubble wrap around the muffler, it wasn't boxed, just the ends of the muffler was covered in SARAN CLING WRAP to prevent any liquids from getting in the muffler. ... show more
