Okay, let’s talk about the Aothia Leather Desk Pad Protector. I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with a desk accessory, but here we are. This pad is so sleek and smooth, it’s like the Cadillac of mouse pads. I swear my mouse glides on it like it’s getting a five-star spa treatment. It moves effortlessly, with zero resistance, as if my mouse is living its best life. The leather feels luxurious, and it smells fantastic—like a high-end leather jacket crossed with the scent of success. It adds a touch of class to my desk that I didn’t know I needed, and I’m convinced my productivity has skyrocketed just because I feel more professional typing on it. I’ve spilled coffee on it (because, let’s face it, I’m a disaster), and it wiped right off with zero issues. The surface doesn’t scratch, the stitching is perfect, and it feels like it could survive a small apocalypse. It's so cute and great quality! My only problem with it is that i wanted to use it for gaming and the aesthetic appeal, however, its not really for gaming. The leather like quality kind of slows the mouse movement down compared to a regular mouse pad. So if you are trying to use it for gaming, i wouldn't recommend unless you add a regular mouse pad over it. But, If you aren't a gamer, Id say heck yeah you should get it! Again, its so cute and fits the description as stated and its worth it if you are just using if for everyday work and not gaming!

I purchased this deskmat to replace a black neoprene one that was a cat hair magnet. I knew that this mat would be thinner (it is), not squishy at all (it isn't), and less likely to show light colored cat hair (it is), and at an affordable price. My expectations were met the moment I unrolled it on my desk, and now I'm considering buying other colors in the future. The desk mat is not a "pad" per se as it isn't thick at all - it's more like the thickness of cardstock, but pliable. The backing of the mat is soft with no stickiness. The mat didn't move around once it is placed on my bamboo wood desktop. The top of the deskmat has a slight texture to it. My Logitec MX mouse didn't have any issues moving around on it and its functionality was not impaired by the surface. I think the mat will be easy to wipe off and clean, but due to it being very thin leather, ink marks may be tougher to get off of the surface. The mat I purchased is 31" long which was slightly shorter and wider than the mat it replaced, but would probably be the best size for most desks if you want good coverage under your keyboard and mouse. I unrolled the deskmat and placed heavy things on each corner to flatten it out. There is only a slight curl to the edge which I think in time and with warmer temps inside the house, will flatten the mat. There was a note in the box on how to roll the mat in the opposite direction to get it to flatten. I didn't need to do that. This product arrived very well packaged - gift worthy in my opinion - and the quality of the mat is very good. I would not hesitate to buy another, give it as a gift, or recommend it to others who want to beautify their desk space.

the mouse pad is the perfect size for my desk and stays flat really well, if you are having trouble with it staying flat, there is a little instruction paper on how to make it flat. the color is nice and the feel of it is wonderful, my mouse glides on it smoothly.

way above expectations for this item. the packaging was top of the line, rolled in a narrow box. straightened out easily. i am using it on my kitchen table. the back of the pad stays put. the dimensions and material of the pad are perfect for my keyboard etc. the color green i chose is beautiful. love, love, this desk pad.
