Got this as a gift for a friend. Super nice quality, albeit a bit big for a wine glass. The flamingo detail is so cute but I do worry about how fragile it might be and how it will hold up over time. Guess only some light use can decide that.

This is a very pretty glass, and it comes in very attractive packaging (very suitable for gifting). It seems sturdy enough, although I've only used it a couple times. My only slight dislike for the item is its rather large size; diameter at the widest point is over 4-1/8 inches. I have large hands (wear XL gloves) and I could hold it fine, but it felt big. My wife, on the other hand, has much smaller hands (wears M gloves) and she thought it was too hard to hold single-handedly. But, for a flamingo lover, this would be a very nice item/gift.

About once a month here in Florida, we have a neighborhood happy hour we've dubbed Pink Flamingo Friday. It's BOB and everyone brings an appetizer to share. As an avid wine drinker, I just had to have this glass for the happy hours. The glass itself is a little larger than the standard stemless wine glass. Took a bit to get use to holding the larger glass, but the upside was it holds a larger pour! The glass itself is well made and should stand up well to regular use. The flamingo is fused to the bottom of the glass. The spot holding it to the glass is only about 1/4 inch in diameter, but seems pretty sturdy. However, I am still concerned about the possibility of the flamingo breaking off. I wash it using only soapy water and vigorous shaking. I fear breaking off the flamingo if I use a dishrag or some other item to clean it. Great gift for every flamingo lover or event!
