They were apologetic and requested a video of my problem. 6 days later they sent an entire replacement. It’s not great that they don’t sell replacement parts for there products but their customer service department definitely came through.

Was fun while it lasted for our 6 year old. Only lasted 3 months. Power button was broken when it arrived and the electrical connections would come loose occasionally requiring me to open it up and reattach. The final nail was the plastic wheels wore out cracked in half rendering the car useless because the seller informed me they don’t sell replacement wheels. Boy sure had fun driving it, but it was really expensive to have for such a short amount of time. Review Update: Although you can’t but replacement wheels, I contacted the seller and after sending pics they sent me a brand new go kart! Wonderful customer service!

My 8 and 4 year old daughters loved it. Just fast enough for them to do donuts in the cul de sac and stay safe. 5 months later, it only would go in reverse. Then it started moving on its own without the pedal being pressed, but still going backwards. It was too late for an Amazon return so I contacted the company and they sent a brand new cart..no hassle! Here we are 3 weeks later and now this one won’t even move.

My 6, 8, and even 15 year old love this go kart. It drifts perfect when turning. Even my boyfriend and I tried it out lol and we even thought it was fun. I think it’s perfect speed. It’s sturdy. I built it by myself and it was pretty simple. I would highly recommend this if you have kids who love stuff like this.

The media could not be loaded. My son is a big boy 4’4” 100lbs and this little go cart has been a great fit for him. It has low speed and high speed setting. The fast setting is still scary for him lol. I do wish it was a bit quieter but it’s not a game changer for us since we are usually outside doing other things. My 14 and 17 year olds have driven it too! They are about 120-130lbs. There is assembly required. Works very well on level ground. Tires are a hard plastic so they will spin trying to go up grassy hills. Has a lap belt, but we use a helmet when we take it down our street.
