This hair is not human! I attempted to dye it my hair color (red) and it completely burned the hair up and while washing it in warm water it continued to burn ! I didn’t get to use the hair so I want to return for my full refund

The hair is soft and had no smell. Arrived a day earlier than expected. My hair stylist did say the knots on the lace front were big so they may show instead of melting in my skin. Hair is great, I had no shedding no problem with dying and very soft and thick bundles. The frontal didn't have to do much plucking.Always the curls didn't last long when you curl with curls or flat irons but when I wanded and I also flex rod and it last longer. No tangle.Will be ordering again.

Hair came very soft and nice, had no weird smell, and was packaged well. Still soft 2 weeks later and very little shedding, no hair has really come out at all. Would recommend! Also takes dye well and if you curl or crimp it’ll last all day

The bundles are much thinner than expected and there isn’t enough hair for a full installation, despite using all of the bundles provided. The product did not match my expectations based on the listing. and they shed like crazy while already not being enough hair I would appreciate a replacement with fuller bundles that match the advertised density.
