I’m probably going to need extra storage space for clothing very soon, and this AOODA Heavy Duty Clothes Rack with Shelves is going to be handy. It fits almost perfectly on the back wall of my closet. It has two generous shelves that I hope will be a new home for many women’s shoes. No. They won’t be mine. The intuitive illustrated instructions made assembly of the rack simple and effortless. I was done in about 30 minutes. Not bad for an old guy. The only tools needed, a small hex-key and a baby wrench for constructing the rack were a part of the package. So, my own tools got to stay in their nice warm tool box. The AOODA Heavy Duty Clothes Rack feels solid when fully assembled and it rolls easily on the provided wheels with brakes to lock it in place. I have included a picture with a few of my coats to give a perspective of its size.

Very easy to put together and very functional! I am preparing for a vendor event and this will be perfect! I purchased some black hooks to slip over the pole to hand some DTF images from and it works perfect! There is a little ball at the top on both sides that I didn’t notice in the pictures that keeps things from falling down the side. I thought that was a very thoughtful feature! I also like that there is a lot of the push button pieces so it can be taken apart relatively quickly if it needs to be transported. It feels sturdy for the thickness of the metal. The wheels are good quality and have a lock on them to prevent unwanted rolling. This is a great bang for your buck!

wasn’t expecting much beyond a basic rack, but this one ended up being way more useful than I thought. The frame feels solid once it’s put together, and it doesn’t wobble even when I loaded it up with heavier coats and a bunch of hanging items. The shelves are what really make it—great for shoes, bins, or folded clothes so it feels more like a mini closet than just a rack. The wheels roll smoothly and lock well, which is helpful if you’re moving it around and then want it to stay put. Assembly took a little time but nothing complicated. Only small downside is that it’s not super compact, so you do need a bit of space for it to work well. But if you’re short on closet space, this honestly makes a big difference.

I purchased this clothing rack as a quick fix easy option for a 48 inch closet, just to get some quick shelving and a hanging rod in it temporarily. I will say if you believe in unicorns and that pigs can fly, then you can believe that these shelves can hold 300 pounds. I tried a quick test of taking a 54 pound container of sheet rock compound and VERY slowly and carefully lowering it down onto the shelf, well the second I heard a cracking snapping sound that sounded like a possible spot weld breaking I stopped the lowering process. I wish I had money to waste just to videotape me sitting my 200 pound ass down on the top shelf, and watching me fall to the floor as the unit crumbles, but I don’t and I value the unit for it it’s temporary usage you can see in the photo the bending of the shelves which my guess would be that each shelf does not even have 20 pounds worth of weight on them, all of the boxes that are on them are quite light. As for the unit itself it goes together really easy great spring loaded push buttons and a couple of screws that even come with the tools to put it together, plus 4 decent quality caster wheels two of them locking. It definitely has its usage for light storage and clothing hanging, inside a closet or in a washroom. Just do not plan on storing heavy products on it unless maybe you throw a little extra support blocking in on the floor of the bottom shelf. I think I’m only giving it three stars, for the blatant falsehood of 300 pounds and the Photo shopped picture of coat hangers on the rod, as you can see in my photo of a coat hanger hanging on the 7/8 inch rod as opposed to their photo of a coat hanger hanging on what almost looks to be an inch and a half rod. This is the unfortunate standard in today’s world, which I find surprising because I would think it would be quicker and cheaper to just show your actual item in a quick snapshot photo as opposed to playing around and time wasted on a computer to make it look better than it is, almost every single company/manufacturer seems to do this anymore. Which is the reasoning for our honest reviews and honest photos in the reviews. If it were not for that I would probably go with five stars for its ease of assembling and usefulness as a lightweight storage option.
