What a great idea. I use them on my gas grill for fish, veggies, shrimp - almost anything that used to require a skewer. They don't hold up well for extreme steak-sear temps above 600, but hold up very well at 400. I will never be without.

I bought this specifically for doing meatloaf on the grill then to throw away when done. The metal one I was using was to hard to clean. I cut the Aoocan grill mat in half. I did spray the grill mat with a non-stick oil which may not have been needed. When I was done, the meatloaf slid right off. It also cleaned up very easily. I did not place over direct heat and have no need to. I will try using without the non-stick oil next time but I am very satisfied with this grill mat and it made removing the meatloaf super easy. ... show more
