The media could not be loaded. These are awesome!! The instructions on them are terrible though! Just do this and it’ll work instantly … Make sure you have your certified ink cartridges inside of your printer prior to installing them. Open your ink cover, remove each old cartridge at a time and replace with the new one. Close your cover and that’s it! (Pretty self explanatory I know, but the instructions included will make you question how to install these they’re really confusing. Just install them the way I mentioned and they will work immediately because mine did. **Your printer even recognizes the ink as being certified which will not effect your warrenty on your printer if your printers less then a year old. The only thing I did notice was that the black was about half the size of a brand name cartridge which isn’t a big deal because your still saving big bucks and would get 2-3 of these for the price of just one set alone. Great purchase and so happy someone finally got these available for the SG500!!

when i first installed the cartridges I got the Not HP Ink error message. I called the support line and explained the error. Once he confirmed the printer model he sent me an email when had a downloaded file which after it was run, fixed the problem. I was back up and running within minutes without any headache. Everything else about the ink is perfect.

I bought ink from this company 2 different times the first time all of the cartridges were empty the second time out of the 4 black, blue, red, and yellow the only two that worked was the black and yellow so still haven't been able to use this printer due to the cost and not all of them working would not recommend using this company unless they get better but so far I've had no luck with them
