This is a genius idea! I ordered an XL for her shes about 50 pounds give or take and it seemed to work well for her size. Super easy to use. I did it all on my own. She didn't mind it much at all. Wish we had purchased this years ago! Be sure to put the caribbeaners on the right way so that the strap can be used for your dogs middle to steady while she's hanging. We have a 60lb boxer-mastiff and an extra large worked well.
