These stools were exactly what we were looking for. We're in there middle of a kitchen remodel and going with the whole IKEA Skandi style and our old classic stools just wasn't going to work (you can see them in the background in one of the pictures). These stools fit the vibe we want perfectly. The metal legs are powder coated white and are much more minimalist as far as cross supports go, and although the wood top is larger in diameter, which is actually nice, it is also a bit thinner. The overall effect is a much more airy stool that doesn't block sight lines as much as our old stools They're certainly sturdy. After assembling them, which is extremely easy and only took a couple minutes, I haven't heard a squeak out of them. The nuts are embedded into the seats so the bolts have something more substantial than just wood to grip onto. The metal mounting tabs are bent away from the seats a little bit, so don't try to tighten them all the way flat to the seat as that might put unnecessary stress on the welds and glued/embedded nut. It probably actually helps keep the bolts from loosening sort of like using split ring washers, though not sure if that was the intent or just manufacturing tolerances that just worked out that way. The only gripe I could possibly point out is that the wood grain/tone of the wood planks they glued together for the seat don't match as well as they should, one of the sections on each stool is noticeably darker/greenish brown tone than the rest. However, I didn't knock any stars as they matched both seats when they packaged these so it almost looks intentional. If only one seat was like that and the other wasn't, it probably would have bugged me enough to return or exchange.

The media could not be loaded. We recently remodeled our kitchen and I wanted to switch up the furniture. I'm absolutely in love with these bar stools. They have a simple design that's classic and stylish. It would go with pretty much any decor and I can't see them ever really going out of style. I was pleased by how easy these are to assemble. They come with all the tools and hardware needed and the instructions are simple and not difficult to follow. The chairs come in different sized heights depending on your bar height. Lastly , I appreciate how sturdy and stable these bar stools are. They have an area you can rest your feet and the weight limit on the chairs is 330 lbs. They have a wood seat and a metal frame. Overall, I'm very pleased with these bar stools! They look so nice, they're sturdy and well made . Love the style , design and functionality of them.

These bar stools are pretty well perfect - no frills, no fuss to put together, and they are comfortable. Assembly was an absolute breeze - just a few minutes each and we were ready to use them. They came packed well and in pristine condition. The wood seat is wider than a typical bar stool - making it comfortable and pleasant to sit on. There are footrests as well. These look much more expensive than they are - matches with just about any decor too since they are neutral colors. They are sturdy and well built, too...making these something you will keep for a long while. Would recommend these - they are great!

These are fantastic. I’ve had many of the basic wooden stools, and not only do they not look as fancy as this bar stool set, but they don’t seem as solid as these. This set of barstools are a gorgeous black wood and black iron. They’re heavy and level. Building them is easy. The pieces all fit together, and it was a matter of screwing in 6 screws per stool. All tools are provided. The seat area is ample. They have a larger seat than most basic barstools. Good height, quality materials. As comfortable as you’d expect for a wooden bar stool.

They look nice, sleek, minimalistic and simple. However, it's a poor design without consideration of comfort. Look closely and you'll see the flat foot rest rails. They are metal, and the edges dig uncomfortably into bare feet. About half the time at home we will be barefoot, so it's a shame. Hopefully they update the design to consider human function and not purely aesthetics.
