    • Scam Company avoid this company at all cost
I bought this product December 21st, 2023. The Backlight went out on it January 29th of 2024. I called the phone number and it goes to an automated voice line. Tells you to press #'s for your Language after you do that it connects you to a disconnect immediately. There is no way to be able to use your "guaranteed" warranty when the business redirects your calls to the disconnect hotline. I really wish this wasn't true because, I really enjoyed the quality of the picture coloring. DO NOT BUY! You will be buying a new monitor in under three months if you use the 165Mhz as described in the item specifications. I believe if I just left it at 60Mhz it would have still done the same thing other wise just would have not burnt out the backlight as quickly. You get what you pay for and well I paid more than what the backlight could chew. (Yes, I switched the Dpi to HDMI just to see if it was a cord issue it was not). ... show more

Great gaming monitor at a steal of a price! This monitor allows you to get the maximum functionality out of your new gen console and comes with the needed settings and HDMI port. I get a constant 120fps and the picture quality and smoothness when I play is amazing.
