I love this bag! I got it to carry my Bible study materials, and it works great for this. I put my Bible, notebook, and pens/colored pencils in it and still have plenty of room. There's also an outside pocket where I can put my keys and/or phone. The red is very pretty, and the lining is a silvery color. Not too heavy but also feels good … my only reason for 3 stars was the crease from packing/shipping never went away. You can see the lines in the pics above. A few things were majorly disappointing with this bag. First, the color was nothing like I expected. I believed i was purchasing a dark grey wash bag and the one I received is taupe at best. Nothing near dark grey which is a major fail. (See image of the bag on a black chair for color reference) Secondly while the bag is generally ok quality, both of my straps have seam lines right in the middle of the straps where the leather was seamed together to make the straps longer which is a major stress point for the bag to fail. Beware when purchasing this item, as the colors are not anywhere close to similar as shown/advertised and the quality of the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. I would not purchase this item again and will likely return the bag. ... show more

Gorgeous shade of denim blue. Though a tad stiff just because it’s brand new, it will soften over time, but it still feels soft and supple. The lining is very attractive material and there are inner pockets: Two pockets and two pen holders on one side, and one zippered pocket on the other side of the bag. All of the pockets are deep enough that so can get most of my hand down into. There’s also another zippered pocket on the outside of the bag. The handles are flat straps and sewn very well; they have enough length for me to carry over my shoulder (I’m 5’5”). I purchased this to lug my big 2” study binder, my largish Bible, coffee canister, and other misc. things to Bible study. There’s more than enough room.
