I have used many different brands of lanolin over the years. When I saw the price of this one I was ready to return to one of my fall backs; however, the description made me curious enough to try it. Never! have I experienced this kind of quality in lanolin. It is so smooth and not sticky/tacky like most. I used it for seriously cracked skin on my heels from living in flip flops. I washed my feet, put on a tad of lanolin and old socks and went to bed. Within a few days my feet began to feel like they must have when I was young! Absolutely love this lanolin. An experience of heaven on earth thru these amazing sheep. Such a gift!!! Many thanks.

This product is wonderful. I bought white cotton gloves with it to use overnight. It heals all cracks in the skin and restores the skin.

The product is excellent but it's way too sticky when directly applied to my fingernails and surrounding skin. It goes on like honey would and it's so tacky, even when using the smallest little bit, making it difficult to spread it around. I remedied that problem by putting some avocado oil in an empty cuticle oil bottle and using a dropper to drop a bit of the oil onto my nails and skin after applying the lanolin. I selected avocado oil because it's a thinner, low viscosity oil, so it acts as a carrier oil and it helps me spread the lanolin and aids in much faster absorption. It removes the sticky, tacky feeling and allows me to use my hands after just a few minutes without leaving any product on everything I touch. I like this pure, odorless lanolin and I love how soft my skin feels and how shiny my nails look after using it with the avocado oil. It definitely has eliminated the skin and nail dryness brought on by acetone based gel nail polish removers. It's far more effective than plain cuticle oils that only provide temporary relief.
