    • Incredible Mat that helped my pain and great customer service
I wrote this review for anyone that is looking for a memory floor mat or anti-fatigue floor mat. This is completely my opinion and I wasn’t coerced by anyone to write any of this. I’ve purchased other mats that were supposed to be comparable to this mat and there is absolutely no comparison! The other mats had to be replaced about every year because the “memory” forgot! The other mats would smash down after being used very much and they didn’t provide more comfort than a regular mat at that point so they had to be replaced. The Daily Life mat is 2-3 times thicker and has at least that much more comfort from the thickness and “bounce back” that is has. The mat has beveled edges so you don’t trip walking over it (my guess as to why) because of the thickness. There’s no way it could ever curl up or fold up either like memory mats and comparable mats do that makes them so dangerous. They also stay where you put them - no sliding or moving. I’ve had 2 DailyLife anti-fatigue mats for over 3 years and used both of them a lot. The composition of the mats and the comfort they provided didn’t change any over that time. The thickness and “bounce back” remained the same. I have CRPS, which is the worst chronic pain condition there is (worst than natural childbirth) and having these mats has given me enough comfort to be able to stand much longer, even in the same position, and not have any more pain. They come in several colors and have nice designs also. I recently had an issue with one of the mats - it ripped 3-4 inches when I picked it up, which was very strange. There was a definitive split in the mat and the inside looked the same as the outside - no filling or padding or anything else. It’s hard to see the split when it’s on the floor and I can’t tell a difference in the performance, but I wanted a mat that wasn’t damaged. I contacted DailyLife about it because they claim that their mats are long lasting. I have never considered contacting the manufacturer of other mats I’ve had in the past because their mats are obviously intended for a short life cycle — 1-2 years if you don’t use it very much. DailyLife responded to me quickly and requested pictures of the mat and my Amazon order number. They wanted the pictures because they were concerned with the mat breaking so easy and wanted to try to determine what caused it to do that and keep it from happening in the future. After reviewing that information, they offered to replace the mat (3 years old!!) and explained that the issue was not common and they would be happy to replace it and I could keep the mat I have and still use it because the structure of the mat still had the same integrity! If I ever need another anti-fatigue mat (or “memory” mat) I will definitely get a DailyLife mat. They may be a little more expensive initially, but in the long run, they are cheaper than buying multiple mats over time. This is definitely a situation where you get what you pay for - quality and longevity vs a quick fix that has a short life. ... show more

I love my new cushioned mat. I ordered the 70" long mat that fits perfectly under my kitchen sink and side counter. I have it on tile floor and it slides slightly on the floor so I put an antislip pad under the mat. That seems to help.

    • This mat makes floor slippery and will injure someone.

While this mat has good cushion, it has a slippery residue that gets on everything it touches and is literally impossible to clean off. The residue transfers to the floor and your feet. So, it gets tracked around the house. I have washed the mat with several degreasing agents, mopped my floor countless times, and even tried to use something abrasive and it will not budge. My family and dogs have been slipping on the wood floors since purchasing this and can not figure out a way to clean this off of our floors.     • Fairly Thick, Average Softness, Somewhat Firm - But Beware Comes with a Very Slippery Coat

Nice thick mat that is not too soft (would've prefer it to be softer), easy to move around if using for standing desk and doesn't slip when standing on. Nice design. However when it arrived there was a very slippery substance on it that got all over my room, made my flip flops and slippers very slippery and had to wash off with soap several times to get rid of it. Made the hardwood floor in the area also very slippery and had to clean several times. Washed Mat and cleaned it a bit now and not so bad, but still have some residue of the slippery material lingering. Hope it goes away soon. Other than that it is a good mat. ... show more
