The cooler came with a corner plastic piece missing from the front lower corner that holds the glass in the plastic frame and it is very sharp. It does not hinder the cooling of the unit! I do notice it each time I look at the front corner! So sad to pay money and it came damaged!!!

I have owned this fridge for a short time and here are my thoughts: - As a fridge, it works very well. Quick cool down time and seems to keep a steady temp. No condensation issues but it is winter and dry at this time. Now the quirks: - The exterior display has no option to dim or turn off the display. Bright blue display will light up your space when dark. - The display has an auto lock feature meaning the display is always locked, relocks after a short time. You need to unlock it (press and hold the light symbol for 3 secs) before you make any adjustments. Great if you have kids, not so great for adults only homes. Some reviews had mentioned people having issues unlocking the display. You have to press the light button not the lock symbol. - The fridge doesn't have a memory feature if power is lost. If you lose power, it will return to factory settings at 43°. Not ideal if you really need 100% temp control. - Fridge comes with a shrink wrap over the exterior to protect it from scratches. Removing the shrink wrap is an adventure or a nightmare if you have OCD. - Noise level is on the high side. Per the instructions, you may hear "boiling water, gurgling sounds or slight vibrations". Every fridge will make some noise but this one can be noticeable. - Damage - it appears that the 2 larger glass shelves weren't taped down well by the factory. See attached photo. One shelf had a broken support piece. The other shelf has cracks where that it will also break in the future. Both are still usable but I question how much weight it can support now. I will reach out to customer service at Antarctic Star to see if they can replace the shelves. ... show more

We ordered our wine fridge in January. We were waiting for our dry bar to be completed. The box the fridge was in looked good so waited to open it until the dry bar was completed (Mar). When we opened the box the fridge was damaged. Not sure what happened. The box was not damaged. Not happy.

    • Running hot. Somethings wrong.
Is not keeping cold. feels and smells hot. Set at 39, but stays in the 50s with plenty of room to breathe. Makes noise also. This was a waste of money.
