It looks great and was easy to install. We had to reverse the swing of the door and did it after it was installed. I would recommend making the door adjustment before installing it. What is disappointing is it does not fit many of the wines we drink. They need to be tall thin bottles so a Pinot noir shape does not go in easy. We force it, but we are afraid we might break it. The media could not be loaded. Looks high-end from the outside and does a great job keeping the wine at an appropriate temperature. Love the cool blue light and it’s ample storage.     • Door hinge switch is not simple

We just received this 2 days ago and started it up today; all seems well. But, if you need to switch the door hinges, be prepared; it is not easy, and there are two complications. Maybe this post will help if you need to switch the doors. 1.) You remove the door and switch the hinge brackets, that is easy. However, the nice plugs covering the new location holes, the plugs you want to move to cover the old location holes; most of them broke off trying to remove them. So my old top holes are covered, the old bottom holes are not. Then, the hinge pins are hidden in a recess to blind holes that need the pin perfectly centered to engage, your fingers do not fit, and you cannot see the target. My solution was to take a 16d nail and bend about 1" of the pointed end at 90 degree angle to make a fid. Then holding the door and sliding around a little, the point of the nail found the hole. My wife held the door carefully in place. A pair of needle nose pliers was then used to hold the pin and guide it into place in the hinge bracket holes. 2.) There is one line in the instructions, "you need to switch the side of the lock and magnet." Correct. But, there are no predrilled location holes where they are switched to. It is plastic and easy to drill pilot holes. But now, if you look at the back side of the door, there are a line of old holes where the lock and magnet were fastened. One more minor point is that flipping the door puts their logo upside down on the top and it looks sort of stupid. This was fixed with a paint razor blade scraper like used on windows; the logo is now gone.     • What Customer Service?

Just received this wine fridge a couple of days ago. Purchased for kitchen remodel and purchased before ready to install. I did unpack and fired up unit after waiting 24 hours per owners manual. Everything operates as expected and unit seems to hold two zone temperatures well. Should comment that shipment packaging is very good and arrived in great shape. Quality and appearance is great and it looks like a reasonable value for the money. My reason for only three stars is the Customer Service seems nonexistent and that could be a big deal in the future. The manual is okay but does a really poor job in explaining how to remove the wood racks , so you can completely wipe the inside before putting into operation as the manual states. I noted the address for the seller is an Apartment Number in the LA area. I have attempted to reach someone at the Customer Service number for the last three days, in an effort to get more insight on how to remove the wooden wine racks for cleaning. My calls have been met with, no answer (rings and goes dead, or answering machine with very poor message, to sorry the mail box is full. Interesting that one of the reasons I selected this product, was the favorable reviews mentioning Great Customer Service. That has definitely not been my experience so far. ... show more

Purchased to replace a wine fridge that died. Well packed for shipping, easy to install. We are red wine drinkers so having more shelves for red is good. Compressor noise is reasonable. Very good looking and good value for the price.

Let me start off by saying this company has amazing customer service. Any questions I’ve had about this cooler, they have been prompt to respond and more than helpful! As for the cooler, its been perfect having it around for my friends and family. We recently were able to use it on Mother’s Day during an outside lunch and the cooler kept everything perfectly cold and refreshing! I highly recommend this cooler if you are debating on buying it. I rate the unit as just ok. A bit louder that I would have preferred...not terrible but no where near as quiet as some reviews said. Biggest issue is not the units fault however the design for wine storage is opposite the unit this one replaced. The smaller top section of the unit is designed for white wine. Our old unit was designed with the lower section for white wine. Why does that matter? We are white wine drinkers. The top section on this unit is the small section...two shelves. The lower section is the large area. So we can only put about 6 bottles of white wine in the top. This matters since the colder section of the unit intended for white is the top section. The other issue for us is the shelves are rather close to each other. Any bottle bigger that the slimmest bottles will not fit. These complaints are more about the unit not being what we expected...not so much about the unit's quality. I spent a lot of time researching units but still ended up not getting what I expected. One important side note: We did have a question about operating the unit that required us to call the seller. They responded promptly and where very helpful. Good to know the customer service was there when needed. Update: We've had the unit for three months now. It works well keeping wine at the desired temps. The fan motor noise is not a big deal...probably comparable to most wine coolers. And it does look good in the kitchen...we installed it as a built-in. Plus, we received and email from the seller recently expressing their concern about our satisfaction with the unit...I rate that as excellent customer follow-up. ... show more
