Instead of receiving the 12 inch hair I got someone else’s package with a tushy bidet. Took me a month to drop off the return so we will see if they give me an issue with returning the wrong package. I also ordered the 10 inch hair and that was delivered on time. The hair quality is good, there’s not a single wave a curl to be found in the hair. I don’t leave reviews, but I had to because I had such high hopes. I bought this hair last year and it was awesome! So I decided to purchase the #1b 14 and 16 inch again. I didn’t change my method, I went back to my previous order and selected to “purchase again”. I received the items in a timely manner. When I looked at the hair the color seemed lighter than the hair I purchased before. I thought to myself maybe it’s the lighting in the house. I put them in the next morning and went into the office. I got to the office looked in the mirror, it was definitely a #2 hair color. I looked crazy, but I had meetings the entire day so there was nothing I could do. When I got home my daughter said what in the world is up with hair! The hair I just purchased was not the hair I bought a year ago. I am very unhappy. The texture isn’t the same, it’s not flowing. I know I’m not able to return it due to it being worn, I just wanted to make someone aware of my occurrence. ... show more
