This is a very pretty sweater. It’s advertised as a cover-up, but I am using it for a lightweight, transitional fall sweater. Here are a few observations: • It fits just as I had hoped – oversized, but not bulky. The crocheted open weave of this makes it hang just right to drape beautifully over your curves. • The sleeves are too short for me. This is nothing new for me (I have unusually long arms lol), but the way the sleeves look on the models, I was hopeful they would be extra-long. But no – they are way too short for me. I just pull them up on my forearms. • I got the light brown color. It’s really an autumn orange color. Not brown, but it is pretty, and it will look good on women who look good in warm tones. • I thought the holes in the weave would be big enough to let an accent color of a tank or T-shirt underneath it show through, but it’s not enough to really show off a second color. You’ll see it, but just a small hint of it. But you definitely need to wear something underneath this sweater! • I will be handwashing this and lying flat to dry to be sure it holds its shape. I really like this sweater - it is so flattering on! I am looking forward for the weather to cool down so that I can wear it. ... show more

So, I bought this top because I was looking for something see-through to wear over a bright colored tank top that I have, not as a cover-up as the item description suggests and I am very pleased with it! The quality is really good and it is made well. I recently purchased a different top similar to this and it was coming apart at the seams right out of the packaging, so I am very happy with how this top is made. I do wonder how folks would wear this as a cover-up though because the fabric is rather heavy and doesn't seem like it is made to be worn in hotter weather, but I could be wrong. I ordered the XL which is actually a size smaller than I typically order, but it fits really well with additional room so if you are looking for something that is form-fitting you might want to consider sizing down. Overall this is a great top and I think I will get a lot of use out of it when the weather gets cooler. ... show more

There is now way you'd catch me wearing this during the summer or on a hot beach day. It is a thick and heavy as a winter sweater. Quality is great however juts not right the the marketed season.
