So simple and elegant, but not the most comfortable arch support! I wore these to my engagement photo shoot and they looked amazing. I found that they were a very comfortable height and the heel felt supportive for the first hour or so, but after that it started to get a bit rocky. I have slightly wider feet for my size so I was already prepared for blisters, not exactly the shoes fault. However my feet were KILLING me at the 2+ hour mark! I was in a downtown setting so I will give the benefit of the doubt that the uneven road might have been contributing to that. UPDATE AFTER USE: I wore these for 7 hours and was on my feet the whole time. They were very comfortable. Not too high. I was able to walk in them. Adding an extra star. Item as described. Fit accordingly. They are VERY shiny! It's ok because it fits my outfit, but if you are looking for something more subtle then perhaps look elsewhere. Have not broken them in yet but trying them on seems comfortable. Not too high. The sole doesn't have any flex in it so some may feel they are a little stiff.
