The media could not be loaded. I've been using this charger every day for a year and 2 months now and have nothing but positive things to say about it. Design is just as important to me as functionality and this charger looks great sitting on my nightstand. So many chargers are just an eyesore and Anker's 637 compliments the look and feel of my room. Functionality isn't sacrificed either. With 8 different ways to charge your devices (Magnetic Qi front charger, 2 usb-c, 2 usb-a, and 3 120v wall outlets) I never have to go looking for an adapter to plug in any of my accessories. The convenience of the MagGo system means I never worry about my phone getting low since I typically just leave it on the charger when I'm not using it. Apple also just announced MagSafe will be available for other companies to use soon so this charger will most likely be compatible with future Android phones as well as iPhones. I've seen a few reviews regarding quality control issues. I personally have not experienced any of these issues however it does look like Anker reached out and fixed all the customer's units. I've found Anker's customer service to be second to none. Most of their products have an extended warranty and they've always been quick to communicate and resolve any issue I may have. The only negative I've had with this unit, which has been consistent across all of my MagGo accessories, is the charging pad began showing some brown spots after just a few days of use. These spots appeared quickly but never got worse. It's just cosmetic and doesn't bother me too much but I just found it interesting. I highly recommend the Anker 637 8-in1 MagGo Charging Station for anyone who wants a sleek multi port charging station with surge protection.

I have used this hub at my desk at work for a month, plugged into a power strip. I run two Chromebook chargers from the back A/C ports, and I use those constantly throughout the work day. I also use the MagGo pad intermittently, including when charging Chromebooks from the hub. My iPhone charged quickly and doesn’t get hot. I have not used the USB ports yet for charging, but they remain aligned when inserting them. The USB-A ports were tight but the plugs fit. With one month of use, so far this this has worked very well for me. Recommended!

It’s about the size of a softball and packs a lot of great features. I love the different outlets on the backside. Great for organizing my stuff by my bed. It’s pretty bulky though so I wouldn’t use it for traveling. Feels well constructed. My 13 pro max with MagSafe pops right on the wireless charging surface and it holds well. Does sometimes tip over like it’s top heavy. I also find it sits on the surface better if my phone is turned on its side. Overall I love this product. It is a bit on the pricey side but I can’t find myself regretting this purchase. I just wish they made it in lavender bc… matchy matchy.

The charging station has become an indispensable addition to my workstations and daily life. I ended up with 5 hubs placed around the house. The MagGo top is strong and angled well. The back houses traditional outlets and USB ports. This design makes it extremely convenient to charge various devices simultaneously without the hassle of searching for adapters or outlets. Also convenient to take Zoom calls while also being able to charge your device. My only issue is that one of the units did experience a minor issue with the back ports separating from the plastic casing. Despite this, a bit of jiggling was all it takes to realign the components and restore proper functionality to the USB port. While this incident was a minor inconvenience, it did not outweigh the overall positive experience I've had with the other units. These are more expensive than other hubs but I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for desktop charging hub to keep the desk organized. The material feels sturdy and the quality is nice.

When I try to plug into USB port, the internal board shifts inwards so I can't charge anything. I only buy Anker cables because they usually have great quality, but really can't understand how they ship at this price such a low quality product. Did nobody test this out? Maybe the construction is too complicated to get all the wires in the case with the USB board screwed down. I can't find where to even open it up to test this out. UPDATE: Was able to get replacement from Anker. Could only get in black not blue and did make a slight creaking noise, but ports are firmly in place. Perfect thing on desk with quick ad-hoc power ports.
