  • Nice product
a little big and clunky but well done and I use mine everywhere when travelling.

  • NO wall adapter needed
Color: Phantom Black
Highly functional, use as a wall adapter or battery pack on the go. Has a built-in wall adapter. 45W of power charges faster than most wall adapters.

  • Great multifunctional device
How neat is it that it charges two devices as well as itself, and then functions as a portable battery? I'm happy with anything that downsizes my travel stuff. This device works just as it should. Just one drawback that isn't Anker's fault - the outlets in hotels/AirBnBs are often so worn that plugs fall out of them, and this one is heavy. So I take a small roll of tape to keep it in place. Extra stuff again, sigh... but at least the tape is also useful for removing lint from clothes. ... show more

  • 1year and still loving it
Color: Phantom Black
I have had 2 of these for a year now, one goes to work in a factory with me, the other is for home use and travel. I have been very pleased with both units, and have not had issues recharging, or charging. I love the smaller compact size and the power output that it provides. I have a Z-Fold 3 and if I leave the phone idle (not running games) the Powerbank can charge it 2 times and usually from 20% on the phone to 100% within 30 minutes. I really wish they would bring this model back as I am greatly pleased with how well they both have performed. ... show more

  • Ultra portable charger and battery bank
Color: Phantom Black
I was interested in this model to avoid having to carry a separate charger and battery bank in a small bag. It seems to serve that purpose well, the folding plug prevents scratching other items and it can charge my devices both with and without a plug available. I wish it had a little more capacity, but I suppose a 45W charger and battery is already expensive, and making it any larger would make it a lot less portable. In looking at other reviews, it seems like there's some confusion about the capacity of the battery. The most useful metric in evaluating battery banks is Watt-hours (Wh). It claims to have an 18Wh capacity, and my testing suggests that they're probably telling the truth. Measuring using a fixed 10 Watt load, I was able to get around 15.8Wh out at both 5V and 9V outputs. Because of internal inefficiencies, devices generate heat when converting between different voltage levels. This is required because batteries don't output 5V or 9V, and that's what devices need to charge. Getting 15.8Wh out of a 18Wh battery would put the efficiency around 87% which sounds reasonable. The 5,000mAh number appears to be 18Wh at the nominal battery voltage of 3.6V. The 3,000mAh number appears to be 15Wh at 5V, suggesting what efficiency they were expecting. An iPhone 14 and 14 Pro has a slightly larger than 12Wh battery, so this bank should be able to fully charge such a device once if it was fully charged with a little to spare. As for some more technical details, when powered from both battery and wall power, it supports QC2.0, QC3.0, and USB PD 3.0. QC2 always supports 9V, QC3 always supports 3.6-9V. On battery power with a single device, the USB PD negotiations are limited to 19W with two fixed profiles of 5V@3A and [email protected]. When using two devices, it limits each port to 9W, QC2 and QC3 are disabled, and there is a single fixed PD profile of [email protected]. On wall power with a single device, it supports delivering up to 48W with fixed profiles of 5V@3A, 9V@3A, 15V@3A, and [email protected]. It also supports PPS at 5V-16V with 3A. Connecting a second device leaves the QC2 and QC3 options the same, but limits the PD profiles depending on if one of the devices is fast charge capable. If it's not (eg. AirPods), then the PD profiles are [email protected], [email protected], 15V@2A, [email protected], and PPS of 5-11V@3A. If it is, they're limited to a fixed [email protected] and [email protected]. ... show more

  • Amazing!!!
Color: Phantom Black
This lets you charge both devices while plugged into the outlet and the fast charge speed is amazing and when it’s not plugged in the outlet it becomes a portable which is a plus when your stuck somewhere without an outlet!!!

  • Do not buy, find something else.
This does not work, I put it in an outlet and the device showed it charging. I took and it showed full charge, then the full charge indicator totally disappeared completely, I tried charging using an adapter as well plugging directly into different outlets, it still did not work, it does not charge itself nor charge any device connected to it. I connected to Anekrs customer service and no one has responded so far (been waiting for 40+ Minutes) I am trying to initiate a return and will probably buy something else, I do not trust reviews here anymore. ... show more
