This handbag is exactly what I had been looking for. I need something roomy because I carry sunglasses, reading glasses, a wallet, keys, phone, some cosmetics, etc. On the other hand, I don't want to lug around a giant tote as my everyday handbag. This one has outer pockets that make it easy for me to reach my phone when I feel it vibrating. I also like that it has both shorter shoulder straps and a long one that can be used crossbody. My only "complaint" is that the bag has no internal structure at all. When it is set on a chair, a table, or the floor, it completely falls over.
