Packed well. Item arrived as described. Ordered the two gallon for a tropi-cool party that I had in July. Set up was easy, good instruction. Spout is of good quality. The stand was sturdy. I poured water into it and left it overnight to make sure there were no leaks. All good!! Came with a mini chalkboard and chalk. If you plan on having fruit in it or using maybe coconut milk, coconut cream remove small screen from spout before assembling to avoid spout from becoming clogged. I did place a small tray below spout just in case anyone forgot to close spout properly, but all good! Once you clean it allow; all all parts to dry out completely before storing it back in box.

I purchased the 2 gal one as a collection container for my reverse osmosis system. It's a nice bottle. I did a magnet test and the lid definitely is stainless steel, not tin. The spigot is high quality and pours out up to 3 inches max which is great for filling tea kettles and pots. I did get one that had some scuffs on the front and Amazon ended up giving it to me for free, however they would have returned it if I was picky about it.

The media could not be loaded. Aesthetically this is really cute after it’s been assembled, BUT I noticed some issues when I was assembling. One of the packs of washers had protective film, which I didn’t realize until after I was halfway through putting the spout on. Second, when I had to take the spout off to take the film off the washer, the glass started to chip away due to the metal rubbing against the spout. Would recommend that a protective washer of some sort be placed around the rough glass. Be careful not to cut yourself. Third, the base! One side is tighter than the other, which makes the right side slide a little when opening and closing the spout. Overall, can’t really rate this a 5 due to the little mishaps. But overall cute and worth the price for what I need it for.

Lid does not seal, at all! If it is full and is transported, it will leak... a lot! Yes, when in use, the lid should be partially loosened to allow air in, but it should seal when not in use. It does look nice, and it dispenses well. Just don't move it around.

Glass and tap are well made, good design. The lid is low quality and thread pattern doesn't really match the top of the glass. Lid goes on enough to keep it covered, but it's not a good seal.
