Wouldn’t you know it, just one day over for being able to return for defective reasons. Getting ready to leave town and the back zipper pull comes out and off then creates a tear. I use this pocket for my keys only and this was the second time zipping it closed. I almost gave this handbag a three star but it has some nice features. Pockets, two separate sections with zipper closures, pretty good room for items and the crossover strap is a little wider so it felt pretty secure when using it. It’s a soft bag so the top part does fold over when you sit it down. I was willing to work with it. I usually go for bags that stay upright once you put it down. Disappointed in a way. It’s a pretty color.

I got this purse because I needed something bigger than I had for all the stuff I carry. It is HUGE, with plenty of extra pockets. It is beautifully crafted, I love the zippers they are so decorative, not just plain. I would highly recommend this purse to anyone. PS. I did cut off the hand straps, because they were not removable, and they just flopped over when not being used. I always use the shoulder strap.

This bag is gorgeous I got the black leather like one it's nice it has a lot of room it's gorgeous my only complaint is I didn't get a shoulder strap it didn't come with one like it says in the picture no shoulder strap whatsoever I looked inside the bag I looked in the packaging no shoulder strap

At first, I absolutely love this bag I got compliments on it. It had all the great compartments to hold my things I was in heaven. Then disaster! The handle started to rip. It looked terrible. I couldn’t carry it by the handles anymore. It was pointless to even use it as a bag I tried to reach out to the company and got no response. They say they have great customer support and stand by their products 100% but I did not see that with this experience.
