This Angel infant bath seat is the best! I have been looking to replace the one that we used for our little boy two years ago, but could not find one in stores that was going to last and be more hygienic than the old one. We had one that was made by Summer brand (purchased at Walmart), and it was not only difficult to put together and take apart for cleaning, but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get it clean and KEEP it clean! I tried machine washing it and placing it in the sun for several hours, but it always had a funky smell after bath time. I was even tempted to buy those adorable flower cushions that are advertised for use in the sink, but even those are just more material that will, in time, obtain that funky smell. The thought of having to toss it in the dryer (and cleaning up water drops across the floor, too!) after every use is not really feasible or easy with a newborn, either. I am all about cute-sy baby things, but what's more practical, in my opinion, is proper hygiene for my children and less laundry for Mommy! Finally, I searched on Amazon and found this one! I love that the bath support seat is all ONE piece, with no folding hinges to smash fingers or net to take off for cleaning! There is no material to hold mildew, soap scum, or bad odors, and it is still comfortable and soft enough for a newborn baby. I wish I would have found it sooner! The "net" is made out of a soft, rubbery-plastic that is very easily cleaned with a cloth or scrub brush using warm, soapy water and a little bit of elbow grease. Our little girl is 11 weeks old, (and very long for her age!) and she has plenty of room for growth on this bath seat until she is able to sit in the bath tub on her own. The bath seat also has a built-in hook on the back end for easy storage, which is great for storing between usage or between babies. I like the color options, too! It gives it that "cute-sy" feel! We chose pink for our little girl, and it was even a few dollars cheaper than the other colors! Win win! The bath seat has built-in handles or spaces on each side which makes it easy to grab and hold on to, and it is also light weight but definitely strong enough to do its job. The bottom of the bath seat is lined and has a good, firm grip on the bath tub floor, so Baby is not going to slip away from you. The "stump", as I like to call it, is definitely high enough so that Baby is not going to slide off the seat, but of course, you should never leave Baby unattended in the seat or bath because accidents do happen! The one and only drawback to this bath seat is all the stickers on the product. Some come off clean and easily, but there was a barcode sticker that required Goo Gone to remove all the sticky left behind. This, of course, is no big deal and can easily be remedied. For the sake of hygiene, time, and money, I highly recommended this infant bath seat. It is, by far, my favorite one we have purchased, and we have four children! I believe it was constructed by someone who has raised some children of their own, and knows what bath time is really like! It was built to last! ... show more

I had purchased something else at first and the first tub I had purchased was not baby safe to me and I’m so glad I returned it and found this tub. This makes me feel safer to put my baby in and not have to worry about the sling breaking.

My baby loves this bath a lot! Very easy for them to learn to kick legs at the bottom. And I like that it has holes so clean up and drying is easy. Light weight and a nice baby tub!

Our little one loves this bath seat! Some people like having the baby NOT in the water, but our little one LOVES being in the water. I would have to fill the big bath tub quite high to accomplish this, so I purchased a large clear tote to sit this seat in and that way I can fill the tote high enough without using a lot of water. I sit the tote in either the bathtub or the shower stall, but I am going to take it outside for his bath next time. I sit on a low stool to bathe him. He is usually a very squirmy wiggly little guy, but he is just so content on this seat, although he does like to kick and splash. We bought it when he was 3 months old and I wish we had bought it when he was newborn. Baths became SO much easier once we had it. At the same time I ordered this seat, I ordered a sponge cushion to put down in it under him, but I discovered the mesh material to be much more comfortable than I expected so I never used the cushion. The mesh isn't fabric. It's more of a soft rubber. People who DON'T put the baby down in the water say the baby can get cold from cold air coming up on them through the holes in the mesh. No problem for us since we put him down in warm water. But for those who choose not to, they could put a cushion under the baby or even a towel to protect him from cold air from underneath. Sometimes when I am making a mad dash to the bathroom and don't want to put the baby down in his crib or swing where I know he'll start crying, I just grab this seat and put it on the bathroom rug. He is quite content to be there in the room with me, sitting in his favorite little seat. Same thing when I need to put on my make-up. He's six months old now and may soon be a little too mobile for me to be able to put him in it while I'm doing things in the bathroom, but it's been such a blessing for these past few months. It was well worth the price even if I only get a few months use out of it. I sometimes even put this seat beside me on the dining room table so I can eat without having to hold him. He is content so long as he is right there beside me. He would not have been happy in his crib or swing. I would not leave him unattended in it even long enough to step into the kitchen for something forgotten though. I make sure I have everything I need before I put him in it and I sit down. I can play with him and hand him his toys while I eat, and he's happy. If you do this, please be sure sure you do not put the seat close to the edge of the table - and stay within inches of him every minute. ... show more
