In previous years, I used string lights and found that they did not leave my tree very full. I decided to use these lights instead and it looks beautiful, it makes my tree look taller and the lights are very well spaced. The length is perfect for a 7' tall tree. It is easy to set up and hide in the branches of the tree, while remaining bright and visible. Easy to use, easy to adjust (brightness and program with the remote). I also feel that 400 LED's are just about the right amount for density and for the feeling of brightness.

First I bought the bright white (which was definitely bright) if I was only doing white I probably would get the softer white. But my older son loves colored lights so I decided to add those and pictures don’t do justice for these lights. My fake tree is almost 10 years old and when we put it up it looked its age. These lights were so simple to put on and they make the tree look fantastic!! This was a great purchase. I was a little worried because I didn’t like that there was blue in the string but once on the tree I don’t even notice. All I notice is how great the tree looks. Even the picture I posted does not show how good it actually looks or how pretty the mix of the lights are.

This is a Great product. I didn't have to spend hours putting lights on the tree. The lights are bright and easy to appy on the tree. i definitely recommend. the remote control is very cool with the different staging of lights and it has a timer too!

I hate wrapping lights around the tree. I hate it even more when it is time to put the Christmas decorations away. I read a lot of the reviews of this product (and similar versions) on Amazon before deciding to give it a try. Thirty minutes after opening the box and hanging the lights on the tree, I am giving this 4+ stars. First a few tips: 1. before slipping the ring over the top branch, lay the lights on a flat surface and separate the strands so that they do not overlap each other. Do NOT release the twist ties. 2. once the ring is on the tree, double check again that the strands are not overlapping so that when you release the twist ties, each strand can fall without becoming entangled with other strands. 3. I released one strand at a time, tucking and positioning the lights as I worked. My tree is 6 feet from the top branch to the bottom branch. My tree is also considered "narrow," and these lights gave it good coverage. There don't seem to be any obvious holes or gaps where I wish there were more lights. There was not a lot of extra length at the bottom. The strands fall just to the top of the bottom branches. If you have a taller artificial tree, I think (just speculating here) that you could use two sets and start one in the middle, though I don't know how that would impact the use of the remote. Speaking of the remote: It MUST be aimed directly at the plug/blue light that connects to your wall outlet. Do not point it at the tree, do not sit across the room -- this is not a super sophisticated remote option. It needs to be close to and directly aimed at the receiver. Overall, this is a great idea for anyone who dreads tangled strings of lights -- I am fairly certain that when it is time to take down the tree, it will be easy work to wind up and re-wrap each of the 16 strands and store for next year.

My pre-lit tree still looked beautiful, but more than 1/2 the lights had gone out. I was looking for a solution to save my tree and found these lights. They were so easy to put on (be sure to untie the strands one at a time after the ring is on the tree) and look like they were original to the tree. This was an economical solution for my problem, and I am very satisfied with this item!

Easy to put on. Not sure how we will store them so they will be easy to put on next time. Although there are 8 different light modes I wished that there was a slow wave mode. Mode 2 is a slow wave but then goes to faster wave before going back to slow wave. Remote has to be pretty close to work. Remote has to point at the plug which (of course) is plugged in behind the tree close to ground. Also might be issue with the metal in the tree. Have to try a few time to get it to come on or off. I had bought some candles with remotes earlier this year and the remote for those works from across the room.

Way easier to install than wrapping a standard string of lights around your tree. The ring at the top is a lot smaller than it looks in the product photo, so it's easy to hide under a tree topper. The lights are bright and can be dimmed with the included remote control. I purchased the warm white lights and will likely also purchase the colored set.
