This desk mat is amazing, it's way bigger than I expected and the material is very nice. It feels like leather but it is actually plastic. The bottom is a nice soft suede material that is very gentle and doesn't scratch the desk at all. It also came with a little "leather" strap that can wrap around and secure the mat when rolled up for easy traveling. It's easy to clean and it looks great, I love it!

I absolutely love this product! I got the Mauve 23.6x17 desk pad and it's so flexible, soft, and beautiful! I'm at my desk for long hours each day with few breaks so it has taken a beating over the last 8 months since I purchased and it still looks brand new! It wipes down well (I just use a damp paper towel), is scratch resistant (and I have 2 nosey cats that visit me often during my workday), and it's never uncomfortable when my very sensitive skin rubs against it. Absolutely worth the cost, can't recommend enough!

I bought the larger desk pad in stone blue, and it works well for my desk. I think it makes my work desk look lovely and makes it functional as a larger mouse pad. I was hoping it would have more blue to the color, but it's definitely more on the grey side. I haven't had a desk pad like this before, but it seems to stay in place and works with the Apple mouse. The material is thick and feels nice for the price. People who end up at my desk have complimented the look, we'll see how it holds up over time.

This is my second desk mat and the first I’ve bought from Anecdote. I can confidently say that Anecdote knocks all other competitors out of the park! The vegan leather is nice and supple, and the carmel color is beautiful in person. The underside of the mat has a very soft suede like material, which means it’s going to be sitting softly on your desk. This mat also comes with a belt, so you can roll up your mat and keep it nice and secured. I’m so happy with this purchase and am already looking at buying a third one to replace my generic brand mat.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first non-fabric desk mat and I’m so glad it is vegan leather too! The color options are gorgeous; I love pink so I got the mauve color to match the muted tones of fall. It works with my desk setup so well and I’m so happy with how it looks. The desk mat comes with a vegan leather strap with gold detailing to keep the desk mat rolled up when not using. So far it’s been nice to not worry about the desk mat slipping around and if I get a bit of water or liquids on it, it doesn’t stain. I can easily wipe it off instead of needing to wash the entire desk mat. My only complaint with it is how it smells. It has that fake leather smell which I don’t like. I know some people like that new car smell so others may not mind the smell as much. A tip to flatten out the desk mat is to roll it in the opposite direction to easily lay it on your desk!

Got the large size, and it's perfect for my mouse and keyboard. The stone blue color is lovely - it's like a muted gray blue that isn't obnoxious at all, and it makes my desk feel luxurious. Clean up is very easy due to the material, and there was no lingering smell like many other vegan leather desk mats have. If you’re looking for a good quality and minimalistic style desk mat without spending a ton of money this one is it! Super easy to clean and wipe down and doesn’t collect fuzz and lint like some mats I’ve used. It also unrolled out of the box nice and flat. There were no weird curled edges you have to press and hold down to make it stay flat. It’s also got a nice grip so it isn’t scooting around and constantly needed to be fixed. It fits my desk setup beautifully!
