The Ancient Minerals Magnesium Bath Flakes are absolutely worth it if you're serious about getting a high-quality magnesium soak. Unlike standard Epsom salts (which are magnesium sulfate), these are pure magnesium chloride flakes sourced from genuine Zechstein seabed deposits, and you can really feel the difference. The flakes dissolve quickly in warm water and create a very soothing, therapeutic bath. I find that these help relax my muscles, ease joint stiffness, and even improve my sleep when I soak before bed. The resealable 1.65 lb bag is convenient, keeps everything fresh, and is easy to store. Compared to regular Epsom salts, I notice a deeper sense of relaxation and less skin dryness after using these. They might be a little pricier, but you’re getting a much higher concentration of bioavailable magnesium, which can really make a difference if you deal with soreness, stress, or magnesium deficiency. If you're looking for a more effective, cleaner, and more natural alternative to regular bath salts, I highly recommend giving these a try!

I absolutely love these magnesium flakes, magnesium is very crucial for different reasons and the human body and for the nervous system to function properly along with other benefits, but the nervous system is what I concentrate on the most. The nervous system once it is damaged it cannot be reversed, but you can maintain it. That is why I use this product. I find that it dissolves rather well in the water and it is so relaxing and refreshing after you get out.
