The board itself is good quality and so is the pump. But my paddle came broken and the carrying bag is way too small for the board. So not sure how I'm supposed to store the board and I need a new paddle. It's really hard to paddle board when the length of the paddle keeps changing because it won't lock in place.

UPDATED REVIEW: Customer service reached out and gave me info on dealing with the air bubbles on the board, and sent me a replacement wrench. Board has been great in the water, totally happy with my purchase! Friends bought elsewhere and are disappointed in what they received in comparison to mine! Received today, pumped up to 11 PSI fairly easily in about 12 minutes (the last 3-4 lbs is tough but doable). Be sure the plastic nib is in up position before you start! Board feels sturdy, adjustable paddle feels good. But board has random bubbles in the plastic and areas where layers seem to not be lined up. Might be a manufacturing defect, hoping it doesn’t effect the board in water or over a period of time. Wrench in repair kit broken on arrival (maybe I got a used set?), so that’s disappointing. Will update after we have it out on the water, but so far I feel like I could have found better quality for the price.

Love the board but it looked like it was patched at some point. Easy to blow up. Easy to use I contacted Amazon about the patch they credit me $50.00 and I have had no problems with it great value for this board

While the paddle board is nice and works over all, I never received the detachable fin. This may not seem like a huge deal but the board is much more wobbly without it. There doesn't seem to be anywhere or anyway for me to request a replacement fin so I am considering returning the entire thing. Pros: it is an inflatable paddle board-- does its job, cute, light, easy to maneuver, handle for carrying, D rings/straps to attach a dry bag to, big enough for 2 people or a dog to join. Cons: the pump is trash (I ended up buying an electric pump), missing parts, difficult to get it to the suggested psi even with a new pump.
