Love the board but it looked like it was patched at some point. Easy to blow up. Easy to use I contacted Amazon about the patch they credit me $50.00 and I have had no problems with it great value for this board

The board itself is good quality and so is the pump. But my paddle came broken and the carrying bag is way too small for the board. So not sure how I'm supposed to store the board and I need a new paddle. It's really hard to paddle board when the length of the paddle keeps changing because it won't lock in place.

UPDATED REVIEW: Customer service reached out and gave me info on dealing with the air bubbles on the board, and sent me a replacement wrench. Board has been great in the water, totally happy with my purchase! Friends bought elsewhere and are disappointed in what they received in comparison to mine! Received today, pumped up to 11 PSI fairly easily in about 12 minutes (the last 3-4 lbs is tough but doable). Be sure the plastic nib is in up position before you start! Board feels sturdy, adjustable paddle feels good. But board has random bubbles in the plastic and areas where layers seem to not be lined up. Might be a manufacturing defect, hoping it doesn’t effect the board in water or over a period of time. Wrench in repair kit broken on arrival (maybe I got a used set?), so that’s disappointing. Will update after we have it out on the water, but so far I feel like I could have found better quality for the price.

Love this board! It inflates in minutes and felt really solid. Took this out several times and had no problem. Dragged it across rocks and wasn’t worried. Board is made out of thick rubber. Solid product and doesn’t appear cheap. Might buy a nicer paddle in the future but enjoyed this product!
