I’ve been really happy with how this juicer performs. It handles fruits and vegetables smoothly and the juice tastes fresh and clean, which makes it easy to stick with healthier habits. Cleanup is simple and doesn’t feel like torture since the parts rinse off quickly. It pulls a surprising amount of juice from produce, and the leftover pulp comes out very dry. The noise is also not that loud, which is great if you don’t want to wake up the whole house. Overall, it’s easy to use, efficient, and feels like a solid, well designed machine.

Not sure why it is showing as the machine itself for me as I only received the stainless steel juice squeezer. However I was soo excited to be able to finally retire my yellow enamel coated one. We could never get the old one clean yet this one is so easy to use and clean!

This is a beast of a squeezer. We have lemon, orange and grapefruit trees that bear lots of fruit. We have a juicer that we use when juicing dozens of fruits for juice but we still need a handy juicer when you only need to squeeze a few for cooking or iced tea. I’ve tried many different squeezers from very expensive to very inexpensive $1.25 ones. Most of them you have to handle with kid gloves because of the pressure that you can put on the fruit in the squeezer. On the cheap ones the handles break. On the expensive ones the hinges break. I had high hopes for this one and it didn’t let me down. I put half of a lemon in and gave it a good squeeze. I could actually hear the juice squirting into the cup. It sounded like a jet of juice rather than the drips I get with other squeezers. I put the second half in and the juice squirted through the strainer holes into the cup. And it completely flattened the lemon. There was virtually no juice left in either half. This was a medium size lemon and you can see I got about one- and three-quarter ounces of juice. When using other squeezers I generally have to squeeze them very slow or else the juice squirts out the top of the squeezer and on to the counter or me. The AMZCHEF squeezer doesn’t. I think it’s because the AMZCHEF has 13 nice size holes in the squeezing basket while other have 7 or less. All the juice is able to go through the strainer without any back pressure forcing the juice out the top of the squeezer. The silicone handles are very comfortable even during hard squeezing. It’s stainless steel so it cleans up easily and doesn’t rust if left with citrus juice on it. This may be the last squeezer you will ever buy. It’s heavy duty and does an outstanding job. No more lemon juice in my eyes during squeezing and I don’t have to baby the squeezer to get the job done. Really great addition to your kitchen.

While this one offers comfort and a non-slip grip, silicone can degrade over time, especially when it comes into contact with oils and citrus acids and undergoes frequent cleaning cycles. The ergonomic handle is a considerate feature designed to reduce strain on my hands. This is a stout tool that we've enjoyed using.

I ordered this citrus squeezer because it was made of stainless steel. I thought it would be sturdier than a plastic one and hoped it would be easier to use than my current manual juicer. It is definitely substantial: made completely of stainless steel with silicone wrapped handles for easier grip. The hinge between the two moving handles measures about 1/8" in diameter and seems sturdy enough to withstand a fair amount of pressure. The squeezer is large enough to juice a Meyer lemon or a small to medium sized orange. I was a little worried about the grip pressure needed to juice but was surprised at how effortless it was to use. I tried a lemon first and then a lime. They both juiced easily with minimal effort. No seeds or pulp came through the holes. After juicing two lemons, I tried juicing them further on my manual juicer to see how efficient the squeezer was. I was only able to extract (with considerable effort) about 1 teaspoon more juice from each lemon. I then tried a medium-sized orange. It took a little more effort. I probably won't use it for oranges, though, because I don't prefer orange juice with no pulp. The squeezer easily washes and rinses clean with soap and water. I would recommend this squeezer to anyone who juices lemons and limes often in cooking. For that, it works well. It is fast, easy, and efficient to use.

The unit is very sturdy and and doesn't require a lot of strength to operate. It can be used for lemons or limes. Keep one near the bar when you are tasked with making margaritas and you need some fresh-squeezed lemon juice. This is a restaurant-quality device and would make a great host gift at your next neighborhood barbecue.
