The chairs were beautiful. One went together perfectly, but the second did not. I'm not sending it back, just hoping it's secure enough as is. The bar across the bottoe of the chair was not drilled in alignment, so I could not screw it in no matter how I adjusted everything. Three screws will have to do. Its the botton hole on the right side of the bar spanning the seat. On one side ot the arm was bent too much and also did not align properly. Overall, still good.

This product is garbage, and you will be very sorry. I bought six chairs—two per box. You have to assemble many pieces and the worst part is, they do not line up well, causing the nuts and bolts to be very difficult to screw causing them to strip because they are made of cheap metal! Allen Screws…..Then you can’t screw them in and can’t unscrew them out! This happened to me for the first two chairs, so I decided to return them. I had to buy special tools to take them apart and return them to the box. This was very difficult! This was a third-party seller (from China), and I had to deal with them directly. I went back and forth for two weeks. They were very stubborn, and it was like talking to a rock. They kept repeating the same nonsense over and over again and wanted me to pay the freight back, so I had to bring three huge, heavy boxes back to UPS myself. The chairs cost me $700, and the freight was $604!!! This was my worst Amazon experience ever.

My chairs came sooner than expected. No damage. All parts included. I love my chairs. They are very comfortable and sturdy! I can’t say enough about their customer service people, they were all amazing. Very quick responses and courteous via email correspondence. They took the time to send me pictures with diagrams so I could finish the assembly with ease. I am a 71 woman with limited knowledge of assembly and very basic tools on hand. I assembled both chairs by myself. You do need a basic drill, tools to tighten bolts and you are good to go! I am proud to have accomplished this project by myself. The customer service team made it easy for me. Thank you!

Good value for the money (once assembled). Chairs are comfortable and the right size for what we needed. However, the company has some serious quality control issues. We bought a set of two, they come in a box and need to be assembled. The first one went together with some effort, the second was far more difficult. If one did not have a bench grinder, drill and bits, a metric tap and die set, a Dremel tool and a 4' bar clamp, you would not get it assembled. Bolt holes were mis-aligned, the welded nut plates were off center and the frame welds were sloppy with excess material that needed to be removed. Roll the dice and hopefully you will get a good set.
