Description
AMKE-More than Bassinet My bassinet won't rock. What should I check? 1. Power: Ensure adapter is plugged in firmly. 2. Lock: Disengage the rocking lock switch. 3. Remote: Try new batteries. 4. Track: Confirm the motor unit is correctly attached to the base rail. The power is on, but rocking doesn't start. Check 1) Remote control batteries. 2) That the rocking lock is fully disengaged. 3) If the motor drive is properly seated on its track/rail and not misaligned. There is a strange noise during rocking. This is often from loose parts. 1) Check and re-tighten all screws and fasteners. 2) Ensure Velcro straps under the mattress are flat and snug, not too tight or loose. 3) Place on a level floor. Why did the rocking stop suddenly? Don‘t worry! This is normal if the timer is on. Check your remote/control panel. The rocking may have auto-stopped after 8, 15, or 30 mins. Just press power button again to restart. What are the age and weight limits for this bassinet? For safety and function: Max. weight 20 lbs (9 kg), under 6 months. Exceeding limits may cause the rocking to malfunction, stop, or make noise. Check baby's weight regularly. Always Make Kids Enjoy!
