Music is the only thing that kept working after 30 minutes. The motor is too weak to run the machine. My baby is 8 pounds, it ran for about 25 minutes then stopped oscillating. The troubleshooting guide is garbage. It says things like impunity instead of issue, provides solutions like if the baby is in an awkward position straighten the baby. This thing is pusre junk..run from it. Additionally, the item arrived with extra packing tape on it, which makes me wonder if it was not used?

The only thing that’s cool about this is the weight feature because my child is a preemie so I can monitor her weight but other than that the rocking feature is very weak plus the bassinet makes noise when it moves

This bassinet really impressed me with how sturdy and well-built,it feels and it definitely feels reliable for daily use. The media could not be loaded. Great in theory for the price however I had my bay Feb 9 and it started squeaking excessively when in the rocking motion which is so frustrating as it’s been less than 2 weeks.
