I bought these in a satin nickel finish to replace the tiny "trendy" gold knobs that came with my shoe bench. Basically I wanted to add a little something to make my bench look a little bit more traditional... and not cheap. Before this I went to well-known craft store to find replacement knobs. The ones at the craft store came with huge screws in the back that were too long fit my cabinet cover. The ones at the hardware store only came in large sets, but I only needed three. Found these on Amazon ordered them right away and I am very pleased with how it looks AND the fact that it came with two different size screws in the back for each of the knobs so that you can adjust that depending on the width of your cabinets. I was surprised at the quality when these arrived. They're a heavier metal and they don't seem to be affected by the elements. I have them on an outdoor table and they've held up through several storms and a hurricane so far and haven't tarnished a bit or even tried to rust. They have a pleasant appearance and the base of the knob is larger so it helps hide whatever hole or old paint is behind it ... show more
