The media could not be loaded. Looks okay but is incredibly cheap, noisy and very flimsy. Does not stand up well to any movement. Had a lot of damage out of the box. Instructions were bad, had two of the same page and skipped steps 12 and 13. Mislabeled screw bags and out of date pictures. Terrible product.

Now, let me preface that we have not slept in the bed yet, but it is put together. It is a beautiful bed frame and fairly easy to put together for two people. I do think that the instructions could have been better at times, and we were missing two whole steps somehow, but it was easy to figure out. The quality is actually better than I thought it would be! But the REAL highlight of this but is the customer service! Please note your bed frame will comes in two packages, and sometimes by two different carriers. Check your emails or Amazon messages for updates from the seller! When I got to step 2 in the instructions I realized I was missing two pieces that were very important to the frame. I was dreading having to deal with a seller on Amazon about this (I've had issues in the past from other sellers over this). BUT THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! They messaged back within 24 hours, provided an entire replacement BOX, not just the 2 parts I needed, and shipped it to me (no charge), and did not ask for me to return anything. They were very kind, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. So far, I love this bed. It's beautiful ❤️ but I really enjoyed the customer service experience as it was by far the easiest I have ever had on Amazon!

Sturdier than expected. The drawers are not attached which some complain about but I prefer because it makes it easier to pull them out without moving the nightstands. I do wish there was a better way to secure the drawers when closed but it does the job for the most part. The bed was much shorter than my previous bed so I didn't like it being lower and purchased a metal 5 inch box spring. We did have to attach that box spring to the frame with strong zip ties or it moves but when it was just the mattress it didn't move at all. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

It does look nice and the metal parts go together easily. It's great having the outlets on top and it definitely looks alot nicer than the cost paid. However, the wood isn't cut precisely enough, so the drawers don't line up with the holes that they're supposed to be seated on. It also really needs to be bracketed to the wall or the bed sways enough for items to drop from the shelves if you have movement caused by dogs, kids, or anything else. I've had mine for 4 months and have tried to just work with it, but the bed has come apart some and I've put it back together.

Not super easy to assemble but we did figure out the pegs that screw in have to be flush with the wood or the clamps will not go in to lock them. Took 2 of us almost 4 hours to assemble. The included screwdriver sucks so I would use your own. Love it once it’s put together. Sturdy, quiet and beautiful!

The LED light strip either got pinched, or was faulty. It only lit up 1/3 of the lights. Easy communication with store, and they are having the manufacturer drop ship from the factory. Appreciated. The drawers have a bolt head that clip into a slot of the frame with a slight lift of the drawer. I’m contemplating how I can incorporate a strong magnet to help secure them with ease. I purchased a base to bring mattress height up. The frame has two bolts on the cross member that protrude about a quarter inch on both sides (only in the center) that cause a slight clearance issue with the base. The base is about an 1/8” too wide. I am brainstorming my solution, probably cutting strips of 1/4 plywood for slats/shims. That issue is very specific to the base I utilized. I also purchased a grip tape and applied in a few locations to prevent sliding caused from the smooth finished steel slats. I also adhered it to the feet of the bed. Solid. No movement. Assembly would be easier and quicker with two people. It took me about 6-8 hrs solo. Overall, I am very impressed for the price. It works for our need.
