Could not be happier, was afraid to order something like this over the internet, but I love it. Pros Very heavy, good quality, well made, looks amazing, great size, good color (grey), wood top looks nice, VERY easy to put together, cabinets are a decent size (more so tall than wide) Packaged VERY well, very secure, they did everything possible to get it to you undamaged. Small Cons Drawers are a little small, the top of the wood is not made to resist scratches. I have been VERY careful with what I put on it, I don't slide things, etc. It already has a few marks on it, so if I was using it more, or not so delicate, I really think it would be pretty disfigured by now lol. But its wood, its to be expected, just wanted to make sure everyone is informed. It came chipped, the wood on top of the leaf is VERY thin at the very end. (so it can overlap the joint and look better) Had about a 2 inch chip from the side of the leaf so when its put up its HORRIBLY noticeable right in the middle of the large flag surface. Did not notice till it was put together, no way I was taking it back apart. I hate when people lower the stars of something because it came damaged. I rated it as if it was sent in perfect condition, because shipping problems should not reflect on the maker. That being said, customer service should be rated. I am going to contact them to replace the leaf, if it does not go well I will update and adjust the rating. ... show more

I love the island! It is very sturdy and well made. I bought a tempature silicone mat for is to protect for daily use.

We needed both seating for two and storage in our small cottage kitchen/dining area. This fit perfectly, excellent quality with great storage. Instructions were very easy for assembly, but you have to have two people for assembly. It is a heavy and substantial piece.

The only thing missing from our beautiful kitchen was an island and this completes it. This island is very well constructed.plenty of storage space. I’m glad I paid extra for assembly. Totally worth it! The assembly team was amazing and very professional.

Overall beautiful kitchen island. We replaced our floors so decided our old island needed to go with the floors. This piece was easy to assemble and is a nice addition to our kitchen. I am interested to see how it handles water or condensation from drinks or hot plates. I dont think we will get the same kind of use out of it as we did our old island, which had laminate countertop as opposed to wood. It is nice though to have the extra piece to extend and make bigger for company. ... show more

Very well made. Not cheap particle board but solid wood. Worth the extra price. Had it put together before I finished my 2nd glass of wine (or maybe my 3rd). Glad we spent the extra money.

This island was easy to assemble, and has a lot of storage. My family is happily surprised by all of the extra storage. They seem to always be at the island working on their computers or eating.

Like the island looks great in my kitchen. Delivery guy left on my porch... did not realize it was there. Neighbors informed me the delivery was @ 7am. There was a chip of paint off on the front.
